I tried several programs, including rye bread (although according to the recipe from a bread machine there is 20% of all rye flour), none of the bread satisfied me. It turns out that's just too soft and not dense. This is my first bread maker, and I thought that they all bake like that, if according to the program. Now I'm trying to make bread myself, as I love - it doesn't always work out.
The smell is slowly disappearing.

I cannot say that I am satisfied with my HP. I tried to bake bread several times, it turned out only once. All attempts ended in the same way, the dough is kneaded, rises, before baking during the last kneading, the dough falls off and more on rising and begins to bake. The result is bread with a fallen cap, raw and scary. I changed flour, yeast. No result.
Today I tried first to knead in the "Dough" mode, then let it stand for 10-15 minutes, turned it on in the "Baking" mode. It turned out, everything was baked.
But it shouldn't be like that, KP itself has to do everything ... from start to finish.
Can someone tell me what is wrong. I took the recipes from the "101 recipes" book attached to the CP.
