I bought a Redmond RBM-1900 bread maker.
For some reason on the forum - nothing about her. Is it that rare?
Question: is it possible to cook in it according to recipes from the book "101 recipes", I mean porridge, meat ...?

Operating instructions for the Redmond RBM-M1900 bread machine

Technical characteristics of the Redmond RBM-M1900 bread machine

I have the same bread machine. I would like to ask how she is to you? What are you doing in it? Does the bread turn out?

Today I bought an RBM 1900. Now I have two bread makers. Before that I used a Panasonic 253 stove. I would like to hear the opinion of those who already use RBM 1900. First impression of the exterior. Easier and more convenient than the Panasonic 253. Not yet baked. Doubt is a folding kneading spatula. Can it form during the kneading process? Has anyone had any problems with this?

A couple of days since we got this bakery.
While we tried simple bread, it turned out great (there was a little less salt than the recipe).
We tried a cupcake yesterday. Everything is strictly according to the recipe. Absolutely not baked + part of the dough, while kneading, spilled through the mold. Some of the spilled dough is burnt. And the dough, in our opinion, has not risen ... So far, the only thought is that the dispenser remained open after the raisins were raisins, which, it seems to me, is not very true ... Who then additionally baked such breads? Alas - but this one went to the trash can.

I baked my first bread at RBM 1900. It turned out great. Sourdough dough without yeast. First remarks. The foldable spatula prevents the dough from splashing. In the dough only mode, the heating is carried out to about 30 degrees. This made me very happy, because the time for raising the dough was reduced. Quite noisy stove compared to Panasonic. The overall impression is good. There is also a homemade dough mode with a cooking time of 5.5 hours. I will definitely check what it is. If this mode is also heated, then great.

In vain thrown out. It was necessary to bake only baking in the mode and that's it. Is your spatula folding or not?

Everything is the same one to one. Such a Question to the users of this oven _ The dispenser works for me on any program and remains open The question should be closed Or not work on those programs where there is no additional tab (raisins, nuts, etc.) Is this a malfunction or it should be there is nothing in the description about this)

Eugene 2014, please tell me how you baked sourdough bread in it? I got the same bread maker - I still can't get used to baking sourdough bread in it. This is my first bakery, before that I only baked in the oven. If possible, describe the process in detail, and I will try to reproduce it ..)))
Thank you in advance for your reply.

The spatula can generally be left in a lowered state, during the kneading process it rises itself.

Redmond is no longer friends with him, the warranty service is horror. If it's broken, it's better to take it down in the trash and don't buy it for 25 months.

REDMOND-1900 / The bread came out right the first time. She baked white bread. I was very surprised that bread is kneaded for a long time, before that I used LG-1051 there are two kneads, and here is one long one. (Figured it out). This is the first baking we will see other programs.
Disadvantages: A very big minus - the display window is not highlighted. Or is it my bread machine's marriage? Dispenser lid does not close. There are no characteristics for each program (how long does the kneading, rest, rise, baking last). Can anyone tell me about the display backlight?

The instructions indicate: the inner coating of the bowl is "non-stick ceramic". It turns out this is a unique oven, the only one without Teflon?!. Uv. owners of the 1900th such a question is it really so or an inaccuracy in the description and Teflon coating?

"non-stick ceramic"
In fact, the silicone coating (siloxane) has been shown to be not durable. Not proven harmless. Teflon is more reliable, an older technology, if you do not overheat above 300 * C, it is absolutely harmless material.

Yes, the bowl is really covered with ceramic, the beauty bowl on the walls does not leave anything, the spatula always remains in the bowl, after removing the bread. In general, I am satisfied with the bread maker, I bake bread every other day, and compared to my old LG, the bread turns out better and tastier. I would have inserted a photo but I don't know how it's done. Can someone tell me?

Marisha, one of the options: click on the "Reply" button, at the top "Insert the author's photo into the message". Copy the code and paste it into the message, preferably from the "Preview - click-to-enlarge" field. More or less like this:

Marisha, if you take a few photos of the large inner cover of the stove bowl, I will be very grateful to you.

I agree that if there is no overheating and violation of the coating, you can not worry too much, but it seems that the operation of the bowl is almost impossible without microdamage ... here it would be quieter with ceramics like Thermolon. but if in 1900, as you say, siloxane or ceramics were combined with Teflon using not very well-developed technology, then it is possible that classic Teflon is preferable.

norton, We have a topic about any pseudo-ceramics and its application https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3127.960 very informative

The stove and the bowl look so solid, but the main result is delicious loaves.

Hello! Please tell me where you can get recipes for simple bread on water (rye and wheat) for this bread maker, otherwise, according to the recipe from the book, I get loose bread, but I want it denser?
Nyushka78
soha5, Good day! We bought a Redmond 1900 bread maker. According to the recipe from the book, the cupcake also did not work, the breads are poorly baked and do not rise well. Before that we had a Panasonic, baked everything without problems. If you are comfortable with the bread maker, please provide me with tried and tested bread recipes. Tired of spoiling food. Thank you in advance.
