Ingredients

Old kefir 500 ml (old is better)

salt taste

Cooking method

  • It is better to use kefir old, before the liquid peels off, then the finished pancakes will not have a sour taste, and the dough will be more fluffy.
  • Pour the kefir into a bowl, add the eggs and beat the dough with a jolly until smooth.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, then the flour and knead the medium thick pancake dough, like sour cream.
  • Let the dough brew a little while the filling is being prepared.
  • Excipients:
  • 1. Peel medium-sized apples, remove the center, seeds, cut into thin circles, about 0.5 cm thick, not thicker.
  • 2. Chicken meat, boiled breast fillets cut into small pieces. Cut the green onion into small pieces. Combine meat and onions together.
  • Preparation:
  • Preheat a pan with baking compartments. I have a frying pan with four cells of 7.5 cm in diameter, and you can immediately bake 4 pancakes, omelettes and other snacks.

  • Pour a little oil on the bottom of a preheated frying pan, put a circle of apple in each cell, pour a small ladle of pancake dough on top, up to half the cell.

  • We bake the second side of the pancake.

This shape of the pan is convenient for portioned pancakes, and doughs of varying degrees of density - the edges of the molds-cells do not allow the dough to spread to the sides, retain their shape, you can bake both thin and thick neat pancakes.

Nothing surprising, no The dough is mixed with old kefir, which is already bubbling - it is in it that bacteria are working that raise the dough. Therefore, you can not add soda. Fresh kefir does not give such an effect, on the contrary, the dough will be dull and sour.

It is customary for us to cook pancakes small 5-8 cm in total and plump, lush.

I looked at the frying pan on the link: it looks like mine. From my own experience, I can recommend paying attention to the bottom of the pan, the best option is for the bottom to be solid, on one platform, then it will better keep heat (evenly), and will not crawl and fall on one side on the combs, especially on gas
