I cooked rice for 13 minutes, everything cooked well, (20 minutes is too much) I cook 1.2 tbsp. rice / millet, 5 tbsp. milk (glass 250 ml.). The milk could be curdled for two reasons, either poor quality milk or poorly cleaned pressure cooker accessories. Try another manufacturer's milk porridge.

I made a cake, rolled it out approximately to the size of the bottom of the bowl (a little more). oiled the bottom of the bowl with oil and put this pancake there. I pressed it with my hand and straightened it. I just turned it over by shaking it properly (like pancakes are thrown in a frying pan). Again (in a silicone glove) I pressed it to the bottom.
I did it on Frying / cereals just by intuition, it seemed to me that it would be right.
And at Baking, I tried it in a slow cooker. It turned out twice as long and they themselves are drier. While the bottom is baking, the top is seized, it is difficult to turn over. It is much better in frying.
