Toyug levengi (Chicken stuffed with nuts)

I suggest you cook "Toyug levengi" - a dish of Azerbaijani cuisine. This is whole baked chicken stuffed with nuts. This dish can be served both hot and cold, either on its own or with pilaf. And very tasty.

For 1 medium-sized chicken, you need 0.5 kg. nuts, 2-3 medium onions. And a little sourness (lavashan, cherry plum and plum sauce, or tkemali) - 3-4 teaspoons.

For the filling, pass the onions through a meat grinder. Then put the onion in a clean gauze and squeeze the juice out of it (only the pulp of the onion is put in the filling, the juice will taste bitter). Take walnuts, peeled, mince them. Add lavashan, salt, pepper to taste, mix.

But, if you don't have lavashan, you can replace it with some other product that has a sweet and sour taste, such as cherry plum pulp.
Process the chicken carcass as usual. Put in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Salt it from the inside. Then start.

The finished chicken can be sewn up with threads so that the filling does not fall out (but, I did not sew it up). Salt and pepper the chicken, put in a slow cooker and fry on each side on the "frying" mode for 18 minutes. Then turn over again and cook for 40 minutes on simmering mode.

Steamed from the chicken, I cooked well, it turned out to be dietary, but not dry :)

I got a silicone spoon and a spatula (I bought a stainless steel bowl for Orion). So let's go. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl, by eye, to cover the bottom. There was no other homemade oil. 1 cut the onion into half rings and pour it into a bowl. You can 1 medium, you can 2 large, as you like. Meat - in the original recipe there were chicken hearts - 400 g - options for pork, veal, chicken ventricles up to 1.5 kg - I think it tastes better. Today these were chicken hearts and ventricles of about 1 kg. The meat is sprinkled with chicken seasoning. Then a layer of carrots, 1 piece, you want on a grater, you can cut it, any options. 3 m. From. steamed rice. I do not rinse or soak the rice. 6 m. From. tap water. Then I switched on the "Normal" mode - for Orion it is "Cook" There is no cooking time. Of course, there were doubts, there was practically little information. But the process started. About an hour later, the timer started to count down for 15 minutes. The final signal did not wait - Orion even squeaks. Opened the lid, a teaspoon of salt, pilaf seasoning + Indian curry. This is for the spicy lover. Stirred with a silicone spatula and closed the lid for 30 minutes .. You can eat right away, but tastier when infused. I didn't take a photo, how can you convey the taste. Normal mode - rice and buckwheat porridge, when filled with water 1: 2, slightly stick to the bottom
Frying mode - failed to test, there was not enough exposure. I made fries for soups on the Stew mode
Stewing mode - frying in soup, stews, stews - everything was good and even a strong boil for the soup also did on Stew. Here the baked milk ran away in the first minutes of intense boiling, but then it remained in the saucepan and stuck perfectly.
Soup mode is perfect for soups, for milk porridge. The boil is not intense.

The most important minus for me - "threw it and forgot" does not work with it - the cartoon itself goes into heating mode a few minutes after the start, and the problem, as I understood it, was not only mine. I saw here they write that this is "protection against overheating", but then the question is, why is this protection not on, for example, a turbo or an ordinary one? If anyone knows how to solve this problem, tell me, I will be grateful.
Frying mode - no, I tried to fry meat on it, after half an hour it was absolutely raw, although the pan was more or less hot. I also had to forget about the soup mode - it was not possible to bring half a pot of water to a boil, the water is hot, but does not boil, and if we consider that it is from the tap and its quality, then it is very important that it boils well. The only salvation for me is the extinguishing mode (although not without the main problem at the beginning) and turbo / normal. In my opinion, the turbo does not differ from the usual one, the modes are good, you can cook with them, but naturally the minus is that you need to constantly monitor, but they themselves do not turn off, and it seemed to me that they are weaker than "extinguishing". I cook almost everything on stewing, cereals, pilaf, soup and borscht.
I would advise Delfa DMC-02 about the "prompt among the budget", it costs the same, if not cheaper, but there are much more functions (both yogurt and porridge, and even separately "pilaf"), my mother uses it for six months, very happy. its only drawback is that the pan is not 5 but 4 liters. It is difficult to find it, but it is possible, I bought it myself a week ago as a gift, phoned all the online stores, was nowhere to be found, but found it on Barabashova in Kharkiv for 300 UAH.

1 cup dry lentils

Hello everybody! So, until recently, I became the owner of this wonderful Yudo machine. My first experience - a vegetable stew - burned to the devil's grandmother. For a long time I could not rip out the saucepan, but after a few weeks everything fell behind easily by itself.So if someone has such a misfortune, do not worry, in a week everything will be easily washed off by itself. Then I made pilaf. The meat languished in the "frying" mode for about an hour. At first nothing happened, but after about 20 minutes, everything was boiled normally. Along with the meat, I added carrots and onions. After that, I added rice and water in proportions 1: 2, mixed, added garlic and spices to taste and switched to the "standard" mode, waited 20-25 minutes. and turned it off, leaving it languishing in the multicooker for another min. twenty.

This was followed by a "double dish" - a light soup with pasta + young potatoes. In a saucepan, I threw chopped chicken brisket, potatoes, carrots, onions and macaroons (you can instead of green peas) + bay leaf and black peppercorns. I put a steaming bowl on top. She threw a young potato of the same size into it. All this I cooked on the "soup" mode for 1 hour. After that, I carefully pulled out the potatoes, greased them with oil and added dill. I added greens to the soup, salted and left it to languish in the multicooker for another minutes. 15-20.

Then I decided on grape leaf dove. I poured boiling water over the grape leaves. In the meantime, I prepared rice + minced meat with onions and carrots, adding spices and salt.
