Toon, thanks for the recipes! I just corrected it a little, because we can't give DIRECT links and other sites.

On the first page of the topic, there are also delicious cupcakes that our girls prepared, it may come in handy if your husband loves cupcakes so much (just like mine).

You can dip the brush in softened butter and walk it along the inside of the pan, or you can just use a piece of butter.
Vasilica
Usually I smear a piece of butter straight with my hand

And why grease - now I don't understand Today I calmly took out a slightly cooled orange muffin Once I tried to grease it with a piece of butter, I didn't notice any difference. Although, in each dough recipe there is at least 15-20 grams of butter ... but the scrambled eggs do not stick either.

I agree with Wasp that 37501 has such an excellent non-stick bowl, you can cook everything without oil, especially a cake - there is already a lot of oil in it, but why do we need too much ???

Here I tried to bake the curd casserole on the hand at 100 degrees, 1 hour 20 minutes. I made 2 packs of cottage cheese 180g each + 3 eggs (whipped yolks and whites separately with sugar) +1 multi-glass of sugar + 2 tablespoons of starch + 3 liters of sour cream, vanillin, baking powder. After the signal, the heating turned off and did not open the lid for 40 minutes, after which she took it out on a plate. I take boiled meat. I scroll, fry in a slow cooker with onions, carrots, add pasta, seasoning, water, just to cover the pasta and do not forget to mix the pasta with the minced meat before pouring the water. Incl. extinguishing mode for 20 minutes. This setting makes the pasta better.

Good day to all! I got CF three days ago, so everything is new to me.Forum, in particular, this topic, I read - I can’t tear myself away, everything is so interesting. I have a question. My son is one year old. We eat porridge every day, I cook fresh every day (because ready-made porridge is very sweet, and my child does not eat anything sweet. Except condensed milk). A portion of porridge 150-200 g. Is it possible to cook such a portion of porridge in this CF? Mom, maybe someone has adjusted? If there has already been a discussion on this topic, maybe someone will give a link, pliz? I've only been reading here for three days, maybe I haven't gotten to this topic yet.

The minimum portion that I cook in this multicooker is 0.5 mst of cereals.
Vasilica
I also usually cook from 0.5 mst, this is enough for my husband and son (and I have a couple of spoons).

What kind of porridge do you cook for your child? Can be steamed in a glass container
Rick
I cook mostly buckwheat in water. Sometimes I add other cereals to buckwheat, since the child eats only buckwheat or buckwheat with additives from cereals. But there must be buckwheat. I grind cereals in a coffee grinder, we have only two teeth and we cannot chew larger food yet. Vooot ... And I was already dreaming about how I get up in the morning, and the porridge is already ready
Manna
Rick, try to steam such a porridge: pour the "cereal" into a glass bowl, fill it with water, put the bowl on a double boiler, and pour water into the bowl. So you can cook the smallest amounts of porridge.
Vasilica
And, well, if on water, and even ground, then you can try it in a water bath. In some container (glass salad bowl, jar) your porridge, a container in a cartoon with water (it is advisable to put a cloth or a silicone mat on the bottom) and put the porridge on a delay. Or the same for the lower steamer. But here you will need to play in advance with the modes and over time, on what and how long it will take you, what you need. And when you adjust, then you can already and with a delay. Good luck to you!

And if you boil the cereal, and then grind it with a blender to the desired state? I did that.

Thanks for the advice! I'll try to experiment. It's just that I'm still completely new to this business, and it's good to experiment when you already have some experience. Well, nothing, experience is a gain.

I read about this method, but somehow I already got along with ground cereals, so I didn't even try it. Now there is a reason to try.
True, I cook porridge every day, but not all of them are eaten ...

Rick, pour the "cereal" into a glass bowl

Maybe my question will be stupid, but I still don't know much about the capabilities of MV. Does the glass container have to be heat-resistant or any one will do?

Quote: Vasilika

If possible, at least approximately what temperature should I set? At least where to start "playing"?

I think that any will do, I cooked stew and condensed milk in a pressure cooker in ordinary jars of tomato paste. All the rules, the main thing is that there are no sharp changes.

You need to start playing straight from the "porridge" program, and see if it will cook in 50 minutes or not.
Vasilica
Do you grind buckwheat too? It just became the most interesting how much it would take to cook a whole cereal in this way.

Yes, I grind, but not to the state of flour, small grains are obtained. I'll try, how something works out, I'll write. But I don’t promise quickly.
Vasilica
Rick, I've already tried it. So so. Didn't know how to measure. Poured 200 ml of water into a jar of jam (usual 500 ml), poured 3 tablespoons of buckwheat. She put the steamer in the cartoon, poured cold water up to the level of the steamer, a jar on it. I switched on the-kasha- mode (50 min). Honestly, I thought it wouldn't cook. Just recently, it was sawn through, the cereals were cooked, but for my taste a little more (you can add 10 minutes). The proportions need to be refined, it turned out to be watery, but maybe it should be so for the kid (mine are already big, I don't remember).
I think that if you cook ground cereal, then 50 minutes will be enough.

Try it! Good luck to you!
Rick
Well, you have efficiency! I thought I was quick to react, but I didn't even stand there! Thank you very much! Now I know at least where to start. Yes, the child needs to be thinner, but if it turns out liquid, I just pass it through a strainer. And if it's thick, then I dilute it with my milk. So the main thing for me is to get ready and to be able to put on a delay. Thank you!

I always cook milk porridge, diluting milk with water 1: 1. I put sugar right away. Rice milk porridge can be made like this: 1 cc of rice / 2 cc of milk / 2 cc of water.
did in such proportions) Very much even)

Today I cooked a liver pie in a cartoon. Considering that I'm not really her, it turned out delicious even for me)

Hello everyone!
Over the weekend, she became the happy owner of a multicooker
The first pancake is lumpy, I decided to make buckwheat with a delay for the morning, but it turned out half-baked
What I did: I fell asleep 2 mst of buckwheat, poured water up to 2 meters with a line into the bowl. that is, to the very bottom line.
Everything started mode and snooze.
In the morning I received undercooked buckwheat.
What's wrong? Is there little water?

I never measure the amount of water according to the mark in the bowl, I take the proportions for buckwheat 1: 2.
bobby
Thanks for the answer!
That is, 1 mst of cereals and 2 mst of water?
And what is the minimum portion of cereal in measuring cups that you can cook in 37501? Subtracted in the instructions that the min. portion 2 mst., but maybe it's not strict?
Vasilica
bobby, congratulations on your assistant! I hope you become friends with her!

I, too, have not figured out these divisions (starting with the first multi), I measure it with the proportions of a glass.
I cooked at least 1 mst.
bobby
Thank you!
I have an old native Japanese rice cooker (multicooker grandmother) she only knows how to cook rice - but how does she cook it
In it, everything is clearly one glass - one division per bowl.

All the best for children! I remembered myself with small children and I understand that there is absolutely no time for experiments. What a pity I didn't have a multi 15 years ago!
Manna
I often cook 0.5 mst and 3/4 mst cereals
bobby
Oh, and in what proportion are you cooking? On "Buckwheat"
Manna
Yeah On Buckwheat too
Nevushka
I cook all the cereals on RICE, only pilaf on Buckwheat.

Yes, I also rarely use "Buckwheat", and "Rice" constantly and not only for cereals

Program "Buckwheat" - "Pasta in the Navy"
Thank you! I have never cooked pasta so easy and so delicious! They just found "Feathers", a slice of tomato, the remnants of minced meat and an onion, plus the "Kuban-style salt" seasoning from Auchan. Only (looking at the time) accelerated the process and boiled the contents on Steam, and then switched to Buckwheat.
