Hello. I have MV Redmond 4502. I will not praise or scold her. I bought it, I bought it. But you can't make yogurt in Redmond, but I need it. I can't decide what to buy for yoghurt - a yogurt maker or Brand 37501. On the one hand, add a little money to the price of a yogurt maker and you get a full-fledged MV, and on the other hand, the yogurt maker is still better adapted, there are already jars there, and 2 MV for one kitchen is probably too much. I still have an airfryer, I plan to buy HP and some serious coffee machine. If it's not difficult, help me find where there is a description of how yogurt is prepared in the Brand. I would like to see how the girls in MV do it.
Thanks for attention.
Luysia
Levitan, look how i did yogurt in jars in a slow cooker.

You can also make yoghurt right in the saucepan. For example Ryazhenka home

If possible, I would buy Brand 37501. She will always find work besides yogurt: excellent baked goods, problem-free milk porridge, etc.

Thank you

Look through this Temka, there are still yoghurts and many other tasty things.

And another BIG plus, this slow cooker very accurately keeps the temperature on the Yogurt mode, does not overheat (I measured the temperature). Despite the fact that many yogurt makers suffer from overheating, even of expensive and well-known brands (I have Mulinex).

Many times in the topics of yoghurt I read that the yogurt makers are not that good, often the yogurt in them overheats. And many who have yogurt makers make yoghurt in multicooker.
Recently, the eldest daughter made yogurt for the first time at Brand. She has had a slow cooker since the New Year, her daughter is completely new to this business, but when I saw what yogurt she made, there was no end to pride. I just didn't understand whether I was proud of my daughter or the slow cooker.
And that yogurt in Redmond can not be done so how so? Some they even manage to make ice cream there ... But to be honest, you can make yogurt in Redmond, as well as in a simple rice cooker in which I make.https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=144015.0

Victoria, about yogurt at Redmond. I realized that yoghurt needs a temperature of 40 degrees. Redmond keeps this in a multi-cooker, but there the time is maximum an hour, then switches to automatic heat maintenance, but there it is already 70 degrees - that is, the yogurt will die.Or come up every hour and start the multi-cook again. The Redmond developers leave the user's question on this topic unanswered. Or they claim that the new model has a multi-cook for 12 hours. Ha! I have the newest one, there is only 1 hour.
In general, everything is somehow strange. If yogurt is declared in the documents for my MB, and it cannot be made in my MB, this is a marriage. This means that all the owners of the previous models received a marriage, the answer is that the new model has a multi-cook for 12 hours - a mockery of customers. For example, in the recipe for another dish, it is advised to turn on the Stew mode for 30 minutes, and there at least 2 hours. Or set the temperature on a program where the temperature is not set at all. On the site's forum promoting Redmond, one can only praise the recipes. But, excuse me, how many carrots to put in the soup, I already know. And I asked about the regimes, I was immediately blocked these topics, where I asked.

Hello everyone.) I ordered a cartoon, they have already brought it to our city and on Monday I will see it. I want to make oatmeal for the night before. As I understood from your recipes, you need to take 1 to one. So if I take a multi-glass of oatmeal, do I have to pour 1 multi-glass of milk? Then set the porridge mode and the time by what hour do I want it to be ready? And then there is no need to add water? And whether Hercules oat flakes are suitable for this multicooker, which I usually cook on the stove for 5-10 minutes and any other flakes that cook so quickly?
Luysia
Mashulya1, Congratulations on your purchase!

I personally did not cook oatmeal in a slow cooker, what's the point if they, like semolina, are boiled for 5 minutes?

The first porridge is oatmeal, I would not advise you to cook. Try to start with any other (rice, millet, rice + millet, buckwheat).
And boil the oatmeal for the first time without delay under supervision and with ordinary non-quickly digestible flakes.

The proportions for all cereals are the same: 1 multi-cup of cereal, 1 liter of milk, butter, salt and sugar to taste. Some of the milk can be replaced with water. It is good if the porridge stands on the Warm up for 40 minutes.

Cvetaal
Mashulya1, I cook porridge from oatmeal (which has a cooking time of 15 minutes) like this: 2 multiclasses of cereal, 2 ms of water and 3 m of milk, salt to taste. Usually I load all the ingredients in the evening and for a reprieve for breakfast, I never ran away.

And are Hercules oat flakes, which I usually cook on the stove for 5-10 minutes, and any other flakes that cook so quickly, are suitable for this multicooker?
Mashulya1, I don't cook cereals. I cook grains (wheat, corn) in the proportion: 1 mst of grains per 3 mst of liquid (milk + water). If I use cereals (rice, buckwheat, millet), then the proportions are 1: 4 (1mst of cereal and 4mst of liquid). After placing the products, the "Milk porridge" mode and the timer are set to the desired time. By the specified time, the "Milk porridge" mode will turn off and the multicooker will switch to the "Heating" mode. I do not use heating - the consistency of the cereals is already good.
For flakes, I think, you need a little less liquid than for grains (1: 2.5, probably). And the question "will they fit?" ... And why not?
Here the question is different: why cook with a delay flakes, which are cooked for 5-10 minutes? As I understand it, their use is advisable when you need to quickly bungle porridge. And with the addendum in the cartoon, you can cook porridge and from ordinary cereals (both tastier and healthier). But this is purely IMHO
Mashulya1
I don't see ordinary oatmeal flakes anymore. I only have corn grits, and of course I have wheat grits. Everywhere is porridge, they write from cereals. Differences only found on packaging where they simply write "rolled oatmeal" or "instant rolled oatmeal". But they don't look very different. On the stove, I cook them as 100 grams of flakes per 200 ml of milk.
I just in my life, when I started to cook porridge, I saw only such porridge on sale and cooked from them.
I'll try to cook according to the recipe Cvetaal
And I'm afraid to cook rice porridge, at the beginning of testing it is multi in this topic, the rice either turned out like soup, then in my opinion, on the contrary, it is too thick. Or is it really possible to prepare 1 multi-glass for 1 liter of milk?
manna
"And with a delimiter in a cartoon, you can cook porridge and from ordinary cereals (both tastier and healthier)"
And tell me again, which cereals?)
Luysia
Mashulya1, exact projections 1mst. cereals per 1 liter of milk. There is nothing to be afraid of, on the contrary, very tasty porridges are obtained:

Milk buckwheat porridge with delayed cooking

Milk porridge rice and millet

I milk oatmeal (oatmeal not fast cooking) cooked with a delay on the mode warming up, time is 8 minutes.During the night, the flakes swell and it doesn't take much time. I didn't measure the proportions, I just made the density the same as I usually cooked on the stove.

1: 1 thick it will turn out like this. I like 1: 3 - medium consistency. I cook without water, Nordic flakes. Doesn't run away. 2-3 servings are obtained, depending on what eaters.

There is no need for Brand to add extra cups to put in the saucepan! The muffins won't run away and won't burn !!! And with Redmond I want to say that no matter how you draw, the truth comes out.

Girls, I finally received my cartoon yesterday, can I put a couple of tar spoons in your honey. (don't throw your slippers too much, I'm not out of spite, so that the next model is better done). Firstly, I want to ask you to make the handles of the scoop and spoon for rice longer because stirring hot rice when the hand in the pan is not far away from burns, and secondly, I didn't really like the silicone potholders if I lift a full pan, not only did I feel that a hot pot, after all, and you can get burned, you can also drop it - it's inconvenient to take a saucepan in them, but these are trifles. In general, I liked the cartoon, but the coating alerted me in my (37500) I made a stew on the bone and for a year nothing happened, although the edges of the rib bones are quite sharp, and in the new one I was afraid to scratch, well, it’s not strong. Well, again, I'm all worried about my parents with dim numbers on a blue background when choosing programs for people with poor eyesight, it will not be very convenient for people with poor eyesight, in this regard, the 502 menu model will have a more convenient time setting. Well, the last thing is not at all important for those who have large kitchens: the 501 model is slightly larger than the 502 in length in place of the 500.
Well, she said everything about the first impression, now the question that worries me is the languor mode which I so want to test and in which such a rise in temperature is staggered, it is clear that 5 hours by default it will work as written in the instructions, and if you add hours it will add all the time at what temperature 97 or will the time of the heating periods extend proportionally, for example, not 1 hour -45 but for example 1h20min. and so on the rest of the steps.
now the question about the bowl to the manufacturers, my ceramic cup 500 could withstand cooking meat from the rib part without water with stirring, it did not scratch, and at 501 I’m scared of something, so if I try to take a risk so that for comparison the coating and the bowl will not stand you replace the bowl or no . And I promise to test this difficult mode with might and main, because of it and the manual one, I took myself 501

Good day.
The forum participants have already suggested links and recipes for making yogurt in a slow cooker, I will not repeat myself.
I want to suggest only to see clearly how yogurt is prepared in the Brand 37502 multicooker, I think it will be interesting for you. On the website of our company in the section "multicooker" there are videos on the preparation of some dishes, including yogurt. True, they cook dishes there in the Brand 37502 model, but still the principle of operation of the "Yogurt" mode is the same.

The proportions of cereals and milk that we recommend are 1: 5. It turns out 1 measuring cup of cereal and 5 measuring cups of milk (or milk + water).
Cook milk porridge using these proportions, and then you decide for yourself whether to add more milk or less. At this point, as anyone likes. So the girls gave you some of their favorite recipes.
As for instant rolled oats, you can of course cook them in a multicooker. But, having at home a Brand multicooker with the "Milk porridge" mode and the Delay function, you have the opportunity to have breakfast with cereals made from whole cereals, which contains a lot of valuable vitamins.
Use the recipes from this forum thread and cook delicious, and most importantly healthy porridge for breakfast.

Elena Br, good day! I have a little question: how to remove the handle? Is it removable without unscrewing any screws. And then with a handle, it does not fit in my closet. In Polaris, I quickly figured out: at a certain position of the handles pull to the sides, but in the Brand something does not work. Maybe you can even show. Thank you in advance!

I really cooked this milk porridge (rice + millet + corn grits). Got a slightly new taste, interesting with corn grits.

But there is one problem, for example, corn stood out so much against the background of rice and millet with its hardness. I like well-cooked porridge, and the corn pieces were hard. Maybe I have coarse corn grits?

Leska, what do you say?

Luysia
Sister, about the Vexation mode.

We read the instructions: "In the first hour of operation, the temperature of the contents rises to 45 °, in the second - up to 65 °, in the third hour of operation - up to 85 °.The last 2 hours the temperature of the multicooker contents reaches and is maintained in the region of 95-98 °. "

Thus, if we set the cooking time, for example, 8 hours, we get the following picture:

1h - 45 °
2h - 65 °
3h - 85 °

4h- 85 °
5h- 85 °
6h- 85 °

7h- 95-98 °
8h- 95-98 °

That is, as the cooking time increases, the first three hours (the temperature rises gradually to 85 °), then it is maintained at the same level, and then the temperature rises to 95-98 ° and so it is maintained for two last hours.

As for the saucepan, the coating seems to me to be more durable than, say, in Panasonic. But, you can say for sure it will be in about a year. I also stewed the ribs. I just tried to mix it gently. Nothing terrible happened with the saucepan, for more than two months it is almost like new. Of course, I can keep it in perfect condition if I put it on the shelf, but in any case, this is a saucepan for cooking and I cook in it.

Honestly, I don't use the scoop spoons from the kit. Not because of the handles, there is hard plastic. I bought a silicone spoon with a long handle, a ladle too. I never take out a hot pot right away (except with baking), pour it straight from the multicooker, transfer the leftovers to a glass saucepan already a little cooled.

I don't know how old people will see the inscriptions on the scoreboard. I can only compare with Panasonic, here it is more convenient for me, because the panel is inclined, and in front of Panasonic it was necessary to squat (well, at least for me with my height).

Well, somewhere like that ...

Let's go in order:
- the manufacturer refuses to lengthen the handles at the spatula and soup spoon. However, you can buy other spatulas in stores that do not scratch the bowl cover, such as wood or special plastic.
- silicone potholders go to the multicooker as a gift, so we will not discuss gifts.
- with the dimensions you are right, model 37501 is higher, wider and longer than the multicooker 37502 by 2 cm in each direction.
- For ten hours of operation in the Simmering mode, the temperature changes as follows:
1st hour 45
2nd hour 65
3rd hour 75
4-8 hours 85-90
9-10 hours 96-98 degrees.
- yes, the multicooker bowl 37500 (37502) has already passed the test of time, so we can confidently talk about the durability of its coating. Model 37501 is new, so the durability of the bowl can be assessed at least six months later. But, as I wrote earlier, the tested sample of the bowl of this multicooker shows excellent results in terms of coating durability. Therefore, I would not be afraid to cook meat with bones in the bowl of the multicooker 37501.
If you decide to fry the ribs in a slow cooker, then I would very much like to know the result both for me and for the users of this model.

And I seem to have ruined my cup. It so happened that I put the unpeeled beets on a couple, and she stood with me to the maximum on heating. Maybe I washed the beets badly, maybe something else, there was a little water at the bottom, but with particles of earth. This is what the bowl has become. So far nothing is fried, does not stick, but I am worried about something. It would be better if it was black, nothing would be noticeable. So in terms of functionality, the multicooker suits me very much, I would like a bowl like that of 502.

An interesting observation is a comparison. I had two bags of ready-made lemon cake mix. The manufacturer recommends a method of cooking in the oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180-200. I threw it into Brandik for 40 minutes at 180 degrees in Manual mode. And the second pack was baked on Baking. The first was covered with a very burnt crust, though soft, baked, rose, walked away from the bowl without problems. The second turned out to be quite amazing and with a uniformly ruddy bottom. Like this. Brandik is a smart machine, knows how and how much to bake cupcakes. The cupcake turned out to be softer, more tender than before in the oven. And no sarcastic remarks about semi-finished products are needed. I'll get to your recipes from this topic at night and I will also be a super mom and a super chef.

And no one is going to make stinging remarks. I really love semi-finished cupcakes. I constantly buy orange in Auchan. And I will also tell you a secret that I really love raspberry and strawberry semi-finished kissel! And now think whatever you like about me! 🔗

If you decide to fry the ribs in a slow cooker, then I would very much like to know the result both for me and for the users of this model.
on Saturday I will display the result because on Friday a family dinner with stewed reindeer ribs with vegetables is planned

I'm out of luck today. Cooked Testing multicooker Brand 37501

I did everything according to the recipe, only in a 2/3 ratio. I poured all sorts of different spices (I added cloves, dry ginger, ground allspice, star anise). Smells awesome! Raisins inside.

Baking mode 1 hour 20 minutes.

The baking question. And how brown did the gingerbread cake on top? Usually in CF, the top is light (if not white). I brown it in the airfryer.
Thanks for the yogurt link.

This muffin is obtained after baking. I got something like this in Panasonic, there is my photo in the subject.

Yes, I would be glad, but I can't figure out where to write, it's somehow inconvenient here, like this topic for testing / information, people come here to read advice, they ask serious questions, and here I am with my plates. I don’t invent anything myself yet, I don’t dare to sail freely yet, only I repeat your recipes.
I'll go through the recipes, I need to write thanks to people at least, I didn't guess right away, sorry.
Good day.
So what if you don't invent anything, it's just the beginning. We cook first according to the instructions, and then from what we have at home. And let the recipe be repeated, the result of another hostess will be different (even if the slow cooker is the same). And soon, I'm sure, you will surprise us with your recipe.
Write right here, the topic is suitable.

Vikulya, I'm waiting for the recipe, if you don't want my destruction!
Lena, Don't die, just go back to page 90!
But here's what I want to notice. I made boiled pork three times at 37501. Last time in the sleeve - it turned out dry, although it was pickled the same way. It was very juicy just in the bowl.

Hello everyone. Now they brought a cartoon. I'm glad. Only I can't deal with it, I'm afraid to even press something. I read on the cartoon that the valve cannot be removed. And how is it removed and how to put it in correctly? And then the husband, the first ran to the cartoon, and immediately began to turn the valve, and even faster on the button on the lid ran to press, and it immediately opened. In general, do you need to hold it after cooking?
While it thaws for me, although 3 hours have already passed, but the bowl was not much frost. Soon I want to start making lemon water against the smell, as you wrote here, and start cooking. By the way, silicone spoons will be available only at the end of February, but I want to cook something now. Is it possible to gently try a wooden spatula, village. spoon and der. a soup ladle?
And in general, I'm so afraid to press something, suddenly I'll do the wrong thing. Any recommendations for newbies that are not included in the supplied brand guidelines?
At the expense of the multi sizes, I like it. I would have more))) Although the kitchen is 6m2 (six square meters). Yes, and repairs in the kitchen, no headset, but still there was a place, I like it.

Mashulya1, Congratulations.
The steam release valve is easy to insert: put it in place and push.
In the instructions, we recommend not to remove the valve only during cooking, but to take it off, look, unwind - that's it.
As for the lid, I personally hold it slightly when I open it. I use the included spatula for mixing. I especially like the soup spoon, very convenient for cereals.
Be brave and you will succeed. Ask questions if something is not clear.

Thank you, Elena) I still have such a question, can the heating tray be removed? Just when I took out the golden cup together with the film, I noticed that a small piece, 5 mm, fell into the slot near the heating tray and disappeared there.
Mashulya1
Well, here I also burned my thumb ((((And after all, somewhere else I read it more carefully when you open the lid. Do you burn so much only after cooking modes, where the water was boiling? Or the same mb after stewing, casseroles and baking?)
