Bell pepper with spicy seasoning

Ingredients

2.5 kg of small bell pepper. For seasoning: 6 pods of red sl. pepper, 3 pods of hot red pepper, 2 heads of garlic, 200 g vinegar 9%, salt. Finely chopped cilantro and parsley.

Cooking method

  • Fry the bell peppers in vegetable oil until brown (do not remove the core). The oil should cover the pod half or a little more.
  • Prepare the seasoning: mince pepper, sweet pepper and garlic and pour over vinegar, salt.
  • Dip the fried peppers in the seasoning, put them in the jars in layers, adding seasoning and sprinkling with herbs. Pour the rest of the seasoning into the jars. Roll up.

Kelly, yes, I salt to taste. The most important thing is not to oversalt! Need to try. And I keep the jars on the loggia, I have it glazed. There are cabinets on the loggia, where I keep all my jars. If there is no balcony, then it is better to store it in the refrigerator. But I assure you that if you make this pepper, it will be on your table every year! It's soooo delicious !!!
