Ingredients

For filling
Lemon 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
Ground cardamom 2 pinch
For the test
Flour 2.5 tbsp.
Butter 200 g
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 0.25 tsp

Cooking method

  • Wash the lemons, scald with boiling water (I kept it in boiling water for three minutes), remove the zest with a grater
  • Sift flour and baking powder, add salt and lemon zest. Grind the softened butter with sugar until white, beat in eggs one by one, stir well and combine with the flour mixture. Knead a soft dough, roll up a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the lemon into small pieces, remove the seeds. Put the lemon in a blender, chop until smooth, add sugar, starch, cardamom, mix thoroughly.
  • Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Place the dough between two layers of foil, roll out a little more than the diameter of the mold. Put the larger circle in the mold, pour the filling, put the smaller circle on top, cut off the excess dough and pinch the edges. Make several punctures with a fork.
  • There is bitterness in the finished product, but this is understandable: he is a lemon.

Time for preparing:

30-35 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees
