Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

Cream (33%) 200 ml
Peeled banana, pre-frozen 300 g
Sugar 3 tbsp. l. with a slide
Quail eggs 8 pcs
Milk chocolate 30 g
Dark chocolate 30 g

Cooking method

  • Took 200 ml of 33% cream, 300 gr. peeled pre-frozen slices of banana (always very ripe and speckled), 3 tbsp. l. sugar with a slide, 8 quail eggs, 30 gr. black and milk chocolate (I think you can put any and more, but with us I reach consensus in this way Winking).

  • Beat eggs, cream, sugar in a food processor. Melted with 2 tbsp. l. water chocolate, poured it there without turning off the combine. I took the bananas out of the freezer, sprinkled them with lemon juice so that they did not darken, waited a few minutes so that they would not be stone ones - beat them with a submersible blender - unlike a crush and a regular blender, it turned out very well! lush mass, laid out in a bucket with the rest of the ingredients. The harvester kept whisking for about three minutes, poured it into an ice cream maker, and after 15 minutes the ice cream maker creaked. As a result, the banana is very weak, the ice cream is rather chocolate with a slight banana flavor, but the consistency !!!!!

Today a similar chocolate-banana recipe was born - I am very pleased with the result! Not very greasy, despite the fact that the cream was only store-bought, which is never whipped - due to the banana, a very lush-thick-creamy consistency turned out.
