Ingredients

Condensed milk 1 can
Egg 4 things
Cream 400 ml
Vanilla (liquid or sugar to taste)
Filler: at choice
grated chocolate
raisins
prunes
jam

Cooking method

  • Whip the cream separately.
  • Beat the whites separately.
  • Gently mix everything with a spoon, add a filler (any of your choice): pieces of chocolate, raisins or prunes, add jam instead of vanilla at the stage of whipping the yolks with dried milk ...
  • Mix again, put in a mold and in the freezer.
  • It will be necessary to stir several times during the freezing process, because there is a tendency to separate: condensed milk and filler rush to the bottom, and whites with cream go up ... I mix 2 times, no more.
  • I did it in an ice cream maker, therefore I did not mix anything and did not take it out of the freezer, instead of the usual condensed milk I took condensed milk with coffee, there is no such sugaryness, and I love coffee ice cream, I put pieces of chocolate as a filler and ... corn sticks in white chocolate, cutting them into relatively thin slices, when the ice cream had already thickened and looked like soft ice cream, I wanted to put cookies, but it was not there, the children diminished, as always, all my supplies)))
  • The ice cream is still in the freezer "comes to a condition", but even in a creamy state there was already something tasty - coffee-coffee and not cloyingly sweet, if it works out, then I'll post the photo (if not eaten before photographing)

I made with chocolate and corn sticks in white chocolate
Beat the yolks, dried milk and vanilla with a mixer until fluffy.
Whip the cream separately. Beat the whites separately.
Mix everything in a food processor with a poultice and pour it into an ice cream maker, after the ice cream thickens, pour in the filler (in my case, corn sticks and pieces of chocolate), freeze in the freezer
