Just please do not kick or send to read the forum! Already crawled all over.
And I myself have some experience.
And therefore I ask for specific solutions, if someone has them.
I need a multicooker that can cook milk porridge, soup, bake a casserole in large volumes, cook vegetable or meat stew, well, and so on, and at the same time will not spoil everything around.

I have a Moulinex-minute cook pressure cooker, which I just adore, and if it were not for the absence of a delayed start, I would have stupidly bought exactly the same one more.
There is a Panasonic ten who tries his best, but sometimes he lacks the volume of a bowl for our family.
And there is Maroussia 47 - a complete disappointment, because with the declared 4-liter bowl, she really can cook more or less decently only soup or very small portions, and she cannot cook milk porridge at all, and in no way, she was spoiled herself and dirty everything around her. (I have already used all the tricks and wisdom, believe me!)

And therefore, I ask you to suggest which multicooker is REALLY and not FORMAL designed for large volumes.

And it’s ridiculously straight when you can put casseroles from only 300g of cottage cheese in a 4-liter bowl. For five children, this is nothing!

Thanks in advance for your answers!

SALUTE FOR LOTS OF CHILDREN !!!
I understand you almost perfectly - we are waiting for the fourth baby. three who are already in stock will love to eat.

to be honest, I didn't quite understand about marucha. it seems to be 5 liters ...
oh ... or they write 5 liters, but in fact it turns out less ...

personally, I have so far gotten out like this - I have three PERFEZZA multicooker. almost the entire lineup. as far as I know, my perfezzki is just an analogue of Russian maruchas. my perfumes are FIVE liters (well, or really 4). all three. and so far we have enough. in the butt of course, but enough.

I cook soup above the 10 mark - it is enough for almost 2 times. does not spit.
I cook milk porridge only ON A DELAY, pour milk up to 6 (sometimes 7) - this is for us at one time. nothing spits or escapes.
I increase the recipes for pies, casseroles, cakes by 1.5 times - everything fits wonderfully into the pan and bakes wonderfully. those that are tall usually rise to 8-9. those that do not rise - crawl up to 5-6.

that is, my conclusion is that a bowl of FIVE liters multiplied by three pieces, copes. at least for now. ah-ah, I also forgot to add - I have two more spare bowls for three multicooker. it turns out only THREE multi and FIVE bowls to them.

spare bowls very often help out - if, for example, you have prepared something, and it is still hot and you need to put the next one ... we take another bowl and put a new dish, and the past cools down calmly.
this is how it turns out to cook baked goods - so as not to immediately get it hot, but you can let it cool down a little.

well, it's more convenient with yogurt. I have allocated a separate bowl for the yogurt so that foreign microbes do not get in and I have yogurt right in this bowl and kept in the refrigerator.
I make yogurt on a special mode (I have one cartoon with the YOGURT mode). I pour milk up to the 10 mark - this is really 3 liters. I found a leaven, which miraculously ferments three liters of milk. very convenient - get a bucket of yogurt at a time.

I just wrote about yogurt and realized that yes - my perfumes are REAL FOUR liters. hmm ... that is, it is stated 5, but this is to the brim and so of course it is impossible to cook. but I actually prepare 4 liters without problems.

and Panasonic 10 - it's kind of tiny ??? or not?
and did not quite understand why you get such small baked goods? I make huge pies. I understand that over time I will have to increase the portion further, but I still have a place in the bowl for this.

I think you would have been saved by another big cartoon. and a couple of bowls to her.

Oh, I forgot to write, I still have a little rice cooker. about a liter and a half. she is very helpful when you need to cook something for the youngest child or something separate for one person.

I thought about the WEIGHT multicooker, it is declared for 6 liters, but the reviews there were not very good. it seems there is overheating and a bunch of nuances ... abandoned this thought.
aniramka

nus, I don't know much about multicooker - I only have one - Visonte, like 5 liters.
and the family is also not small 3 adults and 4 children ...
suits completely, well, maybe except for soup, although nevertheless, if you cook only for one meal at all, then she will cope with her goal with a bang,
cooked porridge in it - for 1 cartoon glass, for 2 and for 4 too (well, this is when the nephews are still visiting)
look at Temko about her, there someone can have extra. buy a saucepan
by the way, today I was preparing stuffed pepper and a couple of mantyski, given that I threw everything frozen, in an hour it was ready
cooked cottage cheese in it, cooked casseroles, even somehow cooked yogurt,
Well, I just haven't tried the cupcakes, there is a bread maker, why go to the cartoon?

Well, the most important thing for this unit is excellent cereals!
her price, in my opinion, is obscenely small, there is also a time delay

Patchouli In addition to our Mulinex pressure cooker, I have a Sinbo SCO-5005 for 7 liters. She is also a multicooker-pressure cooker. The only thing from your list I did not cook in it was milk porridge, I cooked simple ones in water. Cooking everything perfectly! There is a delay timer and the ability to set the cooking time. And it costs less than Moulinex. I know (from the instructions) that there is also a SCO-5006 for 10 liters.
Now I'm going to the kitchen to take a picture of the pots, you will see the difference

well, just a dream ...

of course, 7 liters is a class, and 10 liters is generally superb. enough for the whole family.

maybe such a miracle will reach us.

Patchouli In my humble opinion, since it is problematic to find a fast car for 10 liters, you just have to buy additional devices and compensate for the capacity with quantity. Kuku1054 cooks porridge well and does not stain anything around. Well, maybe even a new cartoon from Brand with t * adjustment, but it's not a pressure cooker

Girls, thank you so much for the feedback on my topic.
Lena, thanks for the photos. Len, how is this shinbo in terms of quality factor and reliability? And then I read that the coating in the pan is not important, that the handles bend if you lift it full.

In general, I do not strive straight for some outrageous sizes and volumes, but simply Marusya disappointed me very much both with the quality and this profanity with the volume. In my opinion, the declared volume should correspond to the maximum possible volume of the prepared dish. And then it turns out that 4 liters are declared, which, in principle, is also not bad, because I cook everything fresh every day, but in reality, no more than 2 liters can be poured into the pan. And he will cook one portion of milk porridge, if at all. Mine doesn't cook porridge.

Therefore, I am looking for something that does not lie.

I have no complaints about her. The coverage is normal, of course not the same as in Kukushka, but quite satisfactory. I cook in it every day, until there are no scuffs or other traces of exploitation, i.e., no. About the pens? I never lifted a full pressure cooker. I just take out the bowl, but the whole pressure cooker
In general, I read on some forum a review of a young lady from Turkey. She writes that the Sinbo trademark is considered economy class for them. Economy, not economy, but I like it.

I tried to find 10 liters, I wanted to try to use it as an autoclave for canned food. But on sale there are only 5 and 7. And about 10 only in the instructions said.

You wrote about Mulinex that he doesn't cook? The fact is that I myself am a mother of many children (boys 18, 15 and 5 years old), plus my retired mother lives with us, the family is big. And today I just bought Moulinex, in comparison with competitors I was attracted by the fact that the volume of the bowl is 6 liters, the lid is removable, and the most important thing is that there is a "high pressure" pressure cooker function.

For some reason, it never occurred to her that she wasn’t cooking porridge ... how could that be? I assumed that in the "low pressure" mode it would be similar to the "cash" mode in other cartoons. Tomorrow morning I plan to cook porridge ... I have to make sure it does it or not. If not, my disappointment will be great (((

Something the topic has calmed down, really no one has ever found a cartoon for 10 liters on sale? And another question about how to take out a full pan from it? In Panasonic, I ran into a small problem: the edges of the pan are slippery, hot, it is not easy to crawl with an oven mitt and pull out the container. I am also worried about the material of the pan, will it bend an ellipse, like a basin full of water?

I have not found and will not find them yet - they are not yet supplied to Russia (information from the official representative of the brand in Russia).

The question, really, is somewhat strange ... How do you imagine a METAL pan, bending "like a basin"? ...

Panasonic-10 - yes, this is a 2.5-liter "baby", it is very convenient when you need to cook a little porridge or rice, bake a small cupcake.

1) What is the need to take out a full pot of hot soup? Why such torment?
2) The question, right, is somewhat strange ... How do you imagine a METAL pan, bent "like a basin"? ...
I answer. 1) I just cooked 8 liters of soup in an ordinary pressure cooker, you ask where to put the boiling water? In the summer - in a basin of water, now - I put it on the balcony, it rains there, it doesn't flood so much at the door itself. I will not expose the electric pressure cooker to the rain, therefore, it is necessary to somehow remove and cool the pan. Pouring into another vessel with a ladle is somehow too lazy
2) I had a brass bowl for jam, it was bent only in this way. They put it on a large board and only then carried it so as not to spill it. In the store, I managed to feel 7 liters of Shinbo - yes, there is a strong saucepan. Previously, I imagined it differently, like a thin Panasonic one, that's why I asked.
While I was looking for a pressure cooker, I found myself a slow cooker. The multicooker, although inferior in volume, is smarter and cheaper. It remains to wait for the appearance of the model you like in the store.

Why not just leave it in the SV to cool down overnight? Or do you urgently need it for another?

Wow! I have never seen such a metal, even "soft", bend under the weight of its contents. but Sinbovskaya will definitely not bend.

The soup turned sour the next day (acquired the taste of vinegar), after being left in the kitchen at +18 for the whole night. Although even after laying the greens, I leave it to boil for 2-3 minutes. The same thing happened to mashed potatoes when I once forgot to cool it down and put it in the refrigerator.

I seem to have decided on the cartoons, but both models have disappeared from local online stores. I hesitate again between KROMAX ENDEVER MC-77 and Supra MCS-4531 (pages 56 and 58) https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=132053.0... I chose something inexpensive, but beautiful on the outside and roomy on the inside. In the first one, you can set the temperature, and the second will be combined with my panasik, which I love very much

"Eh, this is yeah ... It's unpleasant. Do you have an aluminum or stainless steel plate? It is possible that it doesn’t like it when something is left in it for a long time. I haven’t had such troubles yet, I leave it calmly. But I I usually cook just in time for lunch, so half is definitely eaten right away (if I cooked a whole "bucket"), and then the cooled one can be removed to the refrigerator.

Unfortunately, I don’t know anything about the first one (I have to read it), there’s like good reviews about the supra, the cup there is strong, I touched it “alive”. And yes, the price is affordable. And with shops it is always like this - just look at something, and it rrraz and disappeared. Do not worry, they will bring more.

Aluminum, but I immediately pour from it into a 10-liter stainless steel pot from Ikea. That time, the soup was cooked on the stove in a saucepan.
I looked at the Sinbo SCO 5005 again in the store, well, I don't believe that it contains 7 liters! The pan is a little larger than Panasonic, probably on the price tag they made a mistake with the model number and there are 5 liters. Thank you for your support! I will ask my acquaintances who will go to Moscow to buy a cartoon.

Patchouli if still relevant, take Sinbo for 7 liters. The Sinbo pressure cooker performs the functions of both a multicooker (in the classical sense of the word) and a pressure cooker. I'm incredibly happy with mine. The bowl is large, - 5 and a half liters of soup at a time, - it is easy to stew jellied meat and meat with potatoes, - includes 5 legs and 3 kilograms of potatoes, today no other pressure cooker / multicooker is capable of this, only Sinbo!
And do not be afraid that a pressure cooker - I myself was afraid before, but when I started using it, I was even surprised how simple and clear everything was done in it - and chicken broth for soup in 25 minutes and pasta with minced meat is easy (without colorants and draining) ...
For a large family, you simply can't imagine a better Sinbo pressure cooker like mine (Sinbo sco-5005, 7 liters)!
I am a cook in it for half a year, as I am happy, I did not find any shortcomings. : girl_curtsey: The only thing, there is little information and recipes, but this is a profitable business.

Tell me the instruction is clear, is there a mode table? Or does the manufacturer indicate at least some time parameters? Have your buttons been inscribed in Russian? And if you can tell us what you cooked in it? How long does it take to heat up and cook a full pot in soup mode?

Unfortunately, I can no longer suggest anything. How I gave my sister big Shinbo, I still don’t know anything about her ... I manage with others, I don’t need a cartoon for such a large volume.

I have this SV for almost 8 months. I bought it for a specific task. I use it as a mini-autoclave for making real beef, pork and chicken stew. It just fits 4 liter jars. True, I came to the conclusion that 720-gram cans are more convenient for me. Naturally all jars with screw caps. Several times I cooked various soups for a full bowl. I won’t lie, I didn’t time it. But it feels no longer than in Brand 6050. In short, this CB copes with its functions normally. Whoever buys will not be mistaken. The truth is there is one big BUT. You will not find a spare bowl and a silicone gasket anywhere in Russia. Well, the shopkeepers cannot understand with their minds that the equipment being sold needs accessories.
YanOchka-
At the expense of accessories, it's a fact. Do you have 6050? You could display a full size photo, in comparison to either 6050 or with cans inside, or next to a loaf of bread. Well, to somehow sort out the dimensions. And then 10 liters, well, they do not want to fit into a small kitchen in their imagination.and still respond to the poor quality of this company, but how do you?

I always cook porridge for 2, and nothing is smeared along the bottom. for 1 multi-glass. Very good. At first I was thinking of buying a baby, and then I decided, well, why, I already have 4 of them, I need a place to put it. You not only cook porridge, but I cook borscht for 3-4 days, that is, the pan is full. and I bake often. and a lot of things, for which a family of 2 people needs 5 liters.

Of the large multicooker, Philips 2178 is still quite good. "The Philips HD2178 multicooker is one of the brand's flagships. The main feature is a huge 6-liter bowl, in which you can cook a large number of portions of food at the same time" and the reviews are also good - 🔗 There are also about other multicooker besides Phillips, but from the big ones I just liked this one.
