The top crust doesn't turn out to be dark, shiny like in stores. I put sugar and all the ingredients as written in the book and took the recipes from your website.
What could be the problem, in the stove or ...? And if this is the stove's fault, then what and how to tell the service center about the problem?

p.s. I also tried the yolk-milk-sugar coating. Today I also baked rye, mode 2C is the main one. The hat is one damn pale.

In my lji it is written that in order to get a dark crust, you need to put foil under the lid (that is, cover the bowl). This is what we do, we succeed.

Yulia Igorevna and where is it written? I didn't find something like that in my instructions, or maybe I didn't see it. Foil tried to close up the window from the inside, but it does not hold well. I thought you never know it will fall inside and then take it out ...))) I decided to put the foil on top and cover it with a towel. It turned out bread, then no. And this is what I discovered: I made jam, and then when the stove cooled down a little, I made bread. The bread is SUPER. After that, I realized that before making bread, the oven must be warmed up. I turn on the jam mode for 5 minutes, and then I bake bread.
