Seafood salad with avocado

Ingredients

squid 200 g
shrimp 200 g
mussels 100 g
avocado 1 PC
Red onion 1 PC
eggs 3 pcs
dill, parsley
lemon juice 2 tbsp
mixture of five peppers taste
sour cream or mayonnaise taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Hard-boiled eggs, cut lengthwise into two halves. Remove the yolks, cut the whites into strips.

  • 2. Peel the squid and cut into strips. Put them in boiling salted water and blanch for a couple of minutes (since squid is a high-protein product, the longer you keep them in boiling water, the harder they will be, similar to eggs). Cool (can be transferred to a container with cold water).

  • 3. Prepare shrimps and mussels according to the instructions on the package.

  • 4. Cut the onion into half rings, pour over with boiling water and hold for 10-15 minutes in lemon juice.

  • 5. Cut the avocado in half. Cut one half into strips, the second - cut into cubes along with yolks, sour cream or mayonnaise, beat into a homogeneous mass.

  • 6. Combine all the ingredients, add finely chopped dill and parsley, pepper and pour in the yolk-mayonnaise (yolk-sour cream) dressing.

  • Bring to the desired taste and consistency (add sour cream, mayonnaise, you can add yogurt).
