  • They poured this brine into a jar and rolled it up. Then they turned it over and rolled it across the table to make sure it was sealed.
  • Regarding the preservative, I never use aspirin, vinegar essence. Only lemon or vinegar 9% or 6%. Sometimes I add vodka to cucumbers for crunchiness.
  • But I have a nice old cellar. If you store at home, maybe you need to put acids in my case 1 tsp.
