Ingredients

Pork knuckle 1,5kg
garlic 1 head
tkemali 3 tbsp. l.
mustard 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt
spice
Bay leaf

Cooking method

  • The amount of ingredients is indicated for 1.5 shank. But you can change everything depending on your tastes and the size of the leg.
  • Wash and clean the shank well. Make the sauce from the rest of the ingredients. Put the shank in a sleeve and pour over it with sauce, having well coated the meat. Tie tightly and refrigerate for 12-24 hours. We cook in the oven, put the sleeve on a baking sheet, sometimes turning the sleeve over so that the sauce would pour over the meat. I make the temperature 200-220 for half an hour, and then reduce it and leave it for 1.5 hours. But the time depends on the size of your shank.
