Girls, and what do you grind crackers for breading?
And something I did not understand, are there any separate shredders on sale? Or is it an integral part of the blender?

Rezlina, I personally grind in a grinder. Both crackers and nuts.
Comes with a blender. And there is also separately. Only they are called differently everywhere. Chopper, food processor, chopper ...

I understood ... I have such a thing :) I did not dare to grind nuts in it ... otherwise the motor is already warming up for any reason ... and somehow I don’t like how it works, I like submersible more. Now I think what you need to buy to make different pates, sauces (where there are many herbs)? made in the grinder (Brown) ... one torment! I looked at the blender in Metro Gastrorag (it seems), like, professional, but made somehow it does not matter ... maybe you need to buy a professional harvester some thread once?

Sometimes they are small, my friend has a small tefal, she is happy (for the child she crushed everything and the extra nozzles were not lying around

And if necessary, I can also use crackers from a blender in a Mulinex grater (the second one is easier to wash and I use it most often)

Girls! They completely confused me. I have been using the small chopper Tefal Rondo 800 with a power of 300 watts for about 10 years without any complaints. Mixer Mulinex Supermix 200 also does not fail for the same number of years. I use them quite often, if not every day. Then the producers were the countries that owned the Brands. Now, as you know, everything is produced in China. So the questions arise:
1. Do I need to purchase a blender?
2. Submersible or stationary?
3. Will the blender replace my two existing appliances or does it have any additional distinctive features?
A huge O "key hypermarket has opened near the house today. It has a very large selection of blenders of all types from 1200 rubles to 4360 rubles. True, I did not ask about the functional differences, but even outwardly the spread is large. Out of habit, I decided to consult with you first. help.

Oh yes! I remember ... I also once had one, but in my opinion not Moulinex. I didn’t like that the legs slipped, but by the look of rubber bands with suction cups.

Panevg1943 having your set available, I would probably also buy a submersible blender (metal tip) - the ability to puree hot right in a saucepan (for example: cream soup), submerged mayonnaise is convenient to make (Queen exhibited a master class), ice cream from frozen berries, etc. that you need to grind not in a special small bowl, but where necessary, and even with the ability to simultaneously stir like a large spoon, but this is not in any way a replacement for the mixer, but a very pleasant addition! (IMHO) Personally, I have both a blender and a mixer and a chopper - each device has its own tasks, I prefer to have different devices so that each operation has its own motor, if possible, (the combine only attracts because of the mixer planetary system).

Help me decide, please !!
I have a MOULINEX ODACIO 3 DUO SUPER PRESS FP7051 food processor in good working order and an SC-1147 Kitchen processor, the glass of which is already sealed with tape, cracked. Now I think what to buy It is necessary for the device to whip up bizet, mayonnaise, grind any nuts, cookies, crackers, coffee and sugar into powder. I don't want to buy all together a coffee grinder, mixer and another grinder or blender. Maybe there is a superblender who can do all this ???

liaka, I myself asked for advice 4 days ago, and Obgorka_gu advised me to buy a hand blender, which I did by buying a Moulinex click & mix 600 (this is 600 watts) with four attachments:
for soup, mayonnaise, dough, crushed ice, gazpacho, whipping proteins, preparing baby food, chopping meat and making kefte (meatballs). So far I've tried one cupcake dough attachment. Blender did a great job. I, however, as I already wrote, have a mixer and a chopper.
I was also attracted to this blender by the fact that it is the only one of the 18-20 presented in the hypermarket, made in France, and not in China.

Oh, I was looking at this too ... but I bought a Braun 600 W. Turbo ... I was happy, like an elephant, and now I was upset ... the next time I turn it on, the blender refused to work, it just does not react and that's it ... it happened, it is not clear, it worked properly, did not overheat ... eh ... when it is necessary to take to repair ...
natalka
And I stared at the Mulinex with 4 attachments, and bought a Philips HR 1372. The power is as much as 700 watts. It is probably the most powerful one currently on sale. The set includes a metal leg (suitable for hot food) with a knife, and a whisk for whipping, and two containers, large and small, with knives for different needs. And it has 5 or 6 + turbo speeds. I am 100 percent satisfied.
I will also run into Bamix blenders with a set of knives, but they are damn expensive.

girls, please advise ..... I choose a blender as a gift for my mother-in-law ... I was confused .. at the very Mixer Moulinex DDF 643, but I don’t know whether it is good or bad: I only use a small mill from there ... for a child ... buy one or progress has already stepped far and my moulinex and I are long gone ?? : - \ Blender BRAUN MR4050 HC V MN and who uses it? which one with vacuum containers, and how do you like it ??
NiLarna
I want to boast about my blender.
Maybe someone will need my info. The blender brand is not so well known, but in vain - a wonderful thing!

I have a submersible Bamix, like this:
Blender
I am very, very happy with it. This is an indispensable helper for me in everyday cooking. If you need to cook a lot (a holiday, guests, a very large family), then, of course, it won't be enough. And for a family of 2-3 people to cook every day is just right, especially if the child is small.

In the picture with a blender next to it, such a small container is a chopper. Nuts, sugar, coffee - it will grind everything in seconds, and if you hold it longer - it will turn everything into dust! The instructions say that even cinnamon and nutmeg can be chopped. I have not tried it, but judging by how easily and quickly it crushes hazelnuts, nutmeg can also.
The blender itself can chop meat, make mashed soups right in a saucepan on the stove (the "leg" is all metal, is not afraid of overheating), make batter, beat omelets, makes mayonnaise perfectly. I made "difficult" mayonnaise with it (without mustard - they write that then it is hard to beat it).Poured oil straight from the bottle without any "add a few drops at the beginning of the oil, then a teaspoon." Everything was whipped perfectly and the mayonnaise turned out to be wonderful!
I generally keep quiet about cocktails - any time.
Plus there's a nozzle that makes great milk froth as thick as whipped egg whites or cream! This foam is whipped from chilled skim milk without any thickeners (!). You can add powdered sugar and beat with it - a wonderful dessert turns out! You can put it in coffee - we get a cappuccino, you can just as a light dessert with fruit and berries. Terribly delicious!

I also bought a mini-harvester for the blender (like the chopper, it goes as an additional "attachment"):
Blender
It is indispensable when you need to quickly cut / grate some vegetables for cooking, for example, soup. Grate cheese, chop meat, make ice crumbs - it's easy! A very interesting system for removing the crushed product from the bowl - they came up with an original move: the bottom is two-layer, after the end of cutting, the inner bottom is removed and collects all the products on itself. No need to scrape anything off the walls - almost everything can be taken out with one hand movement.
And this mini food processor is easy to clean. And the blender itself - it generally takes a minute to wash. Just under running water, rubbed it with a soapy hand - and put it back in place. The whole blender is made so that it is not afraid of water - even the buttons are rubberized, water does not pass inside. Although there is no need to wash it all, if it happens to take it with a wet hand, it's not scary.
Separately about quality. How long I drive it, it happens for a long time to whip something - no overheating, no failures. Plows non-stop. And he does everything very quickly.
And in general, everything in it is thought out to the smallest detail. Pleasantly.

My mother once had a blender of this company (bought when I was very little), only a very old model. I worked without problems for 10 years. And more, I think, would have worked, but lost when moving.
Actually, that's why I fell for him, when I was looking for a replacement for a dead mixer - I remember its reliability.
In general, I did not regret the money spent (the blender is far from cheap). It's worth the money.

What kind of food can be chopped with a 350 W submersible blender (chopper attachment)?
ikko4ka
Krosh, my Brown also broke down, but at the service center I was immediately given a new one. I am very pleased with my blender - a day does not go by that I would not have it at work.

LLL, 350 W power is available only in Tefal Invent HB3001 hand blender with one speed and plastic blender attachment. He keeps the cord at the end of the handle and produces it in France, unlike other Tefal blenders that are made in China. What can they grind? Probably the same as the Moulinex Robot Marie DDG1 blender (although its power is 400 watts). The description says: for making puree + mixer attachment with 2 whisks. I have no other information.
Lll
I saw in the store the Bosch MSM 6B700 submersible blender (manufactured in Slovenia), it has a power of 350W, and there are two more attachments - a whisk like a mixer and a chopper cup, all detachable attachments are made of steel.

So far, I studied different models, read some instructions, and came to the conclusion that raw meat and cheese can be chopped starting from a power of 450W. And the consultant in the store said that raw meat would not pull 300W, he offered 450W at least.

But this Bosch model is not written in the instructions, but it is drawn on the plate that he can grind raw meat and cheese, and even it is written that ice can, I was very surprised. In addition, this instruction is not specifically for this model, but for the entire MSM 6B series, and in this series there is also a blender with a capacity of as much as 250W. It turns out that 250W can grind meat, nuts, cheese and even ice?

Lll, unlikely.Usually, one instruction is issued for the entire series, but where with an asterisk, where the subparagraph should describe the functions of each specific blender, depending on the power. Judging by the configuration, the blender you are describing may be what I wrote to you earlier: puree the food and beat it (with a whisk). To crush ice, you need a special nozzle with teeth and sufficient power, about 600 watts.

Girls-beauties, can someone tell me ... As for the current fry, we have a popular milkshake. I have a food processor with a blender (glass) at home. The result suits me quite well, but mine are busy and whip it (cocktail) with a mixer (whisks) ... it turns out to be mildly not very similar. And now the question: can anyone tried to make a milkshake with a submersible blender. If so, are you satisfied with the result?

I prefer to make cocktails in a bowl blender. I don't like submersible. I hardly use it.

Once upon a time, my blender bowl cracked while mixing, the bowl was replaced long ago, but now fear has settled deep inside me, I'm afraid to start it

and now I whip cocktails only with a powerful immersion and the result is VERY happy
it seems to me that it whips better than in that glass

earlier in stores, when there was still a union, they just whipped immersed and the cocktail was terribly tasty

I am satisfied with a cocktail from a glass blender, but my parents do not have any blender (we live in the same city, but in different places), and since I did not use a submersible, I decided to ask for advice. seems to take up less space

katyac At the expense of the exact proportions, excuse me, I will not say, because I always do it "on the tail". But the main thing in this business is good ice cream. I usually have a family pack of ice cream on duty in the freezer. I break off pieces from it and throw it into a glass, fill it with milk so that it does not cover about a fifth of the ice cream, and then the filler that you like. The favorite option (when there is no apricot) is a banana, and preferably 2, tbsp. l sugar, a little vanilla, a little lemon juice. Banana gives a very stable foam, so you can get more milk with it. Well, now we have my favorite overripe sweet apricots.

I have not the best model, without overheating protection, PHILIPS HR-1363 (without a corolla), power - 600 W
When I bought it a few years ago, I didn't even know that there is such protection against overheating in blenders.
He is not very expensive, he makes cocktails with a bang, mashed too well, for a couple of years he has not done anything. I even remember almost dropping it on yolks with a lot of sugar, started to panic, I turned it off on time. Then it's okay.
Well, maybe the buttons are not very convenient to press, recently I even managed to press two at once (normal and Turbo), but almost all submersible buttons have this

If the money is not too strained, then of course it is better to take metal at the end, so that you can insert it into the hot one, well, it is better with protection, you never know what

Here is a topic about blenders:

Some time ago I bought ready-made Miracle cocktails (you just need to whip them at home, but you don't need to add anything). In short. I tried to beat them in a glass (I have a 1000W Philips HR 7768 combine) and a hand blender (700W Philips HR 1372) with a knife and a whisk. It was best and faster whipped with a submersible mixer with a whisk, but this option will not work in any way if fruits are added to the cocktail or something that requires grinding. Here only with a knife, but from a glass and just an immersion one, it seems to me better to choose an immersion one. It really takes up less space and is more versatile, especially if it has different attachments in the kit.
liquidboy
There are a lot of tips here, you can break your head ... tell me, what is the difference between Phillips 1371 and 1364 in technology (the power and material of the leg do not need to be explained)?
natalka
In the 71st, the power is more and the leg is metal (you can whip hot, for example, soup-puree), and in the 64th it is plastic, which threatens with many restrictions and the power is less, and from this the number of speeds is not the same. For that in the 640th there is a rim, but in the 71st - no. But if you choose not 71, but 72, then you get power, and a metal leg, and a whisk, and two grinders. But the truth is, you will have to pay almost twice as much money.
liquidboy
because of money, I ask, the difference is too big with a small evolutionary difference. if you take into account my request not to remind you about power and leg, then under the "technologies" I requested, you can sum up only the number of speeds, and then with interference ...
and I'm going to choose between Bosch and Philips, but on this site Bosch is not very fond of, as I noticed, frequent reports of breakdowns ...
natalka
Well, if power and leg are not important for you, then speed is also not very critical with such a slight difference in power. Then definitely 64! There is also a whisk. But personally, in this situation (choosing from 64 and Bosch), I would undoubtedly take the Bosch MSM 67 PE. There is everything and the power is as much as 750, the Philips is definitely inferior.
liquidboy
i am just looking at this blender testing 🔗
and while I'm leaning towards Phillips. to which one - will depend on the money at the time of purchase (and it will be somewhere in a month).
natalka
Personally, I have the one that is the first in the toplist, but Bosch MSM 67 PE is not there at all. Perhaps (judging by the power) this is a recent model and I would not discount it. And so I myself stopped in the choice of Philips, since at that time it was the most powerful of those available on sale.
Lady
Hello everyone.
Please, advise me what to do - my son asks for a blender for chopping ice (he is not very interested in the rest). Is there any device with only this function, or (I think so) it is better to buy a universal one - everything will come in handy in life, and which one. Please share your experience with this feature.
natalka
take one of the two discussed above, this is either Philips 71 or Bosch 67PE. And in one, and in another there is a function of ice picking, and in addition, all other functions and all this for reasonable money.
Lady
I use brown myself, but it doesn't have an ice pick. I saw a brown in the store like mine, but + even a larger special container for "shavings" of ice, but worth it! 4200 RUR! Will just an extra knife be enough? Have you used this feature?
natalka
in my Philips 71, there is a special replacement ice knife in the crusher. It copes with its function remarkably and if you have the opportunity to buy only a knife, then this is the most successful way out. In general, the options offered by me will cost 2500-3000 rubles. You can take it cheaper with similar functions, but it will be something like Scarlet. Do you need it?
Hairpin
And I have a mechanical ice ax ...
Lady
Tell me where in Moscow you can buy a separate ice pick for Brown?
natalka
Most likely only through service centers you can order or search in online stores for accessories for household appliances.

Dear bakers, please help me choose a blender from 3 brands:
Philips HR 1372
Bosch MSM 67PE
Braun MR 6550 M BC HC

And then something I'm completely confused already
Summer resident
BOSCH and only BOSH IMHO
Antonovka
Summer resident, and why? For example, I now have a Bosch combine, but I liked my old Moulinex better
liquidboy
we, it seems, are not discussing combines ...
and Moulinex is not on the list ...
Antonovka
liquidboy,
In this case, kmk, we are discussing the brand and I just ask you to motivate the choice of this particular brand
natalka
I also think that only Bosch. Of these three brands, I personally trust only Bosch. Moulinex lost his face in my eyes (there were several cases, in particular with HP), and somehow I’m not friends with Brown for a long time. Bosch, on the other hand, has been tested more than once (on different devices) and has not caused a single complaint. Quality guaranteed!
