Salted cucumber and pumpkin caviar

Ingredients

pickled cucumbers 1 can (1L-1.5L)
pumpkin 1-1.5 kg
onion 2-3 heads
tomato paste 1-2 tbsp. spoons
salt pepper taste
vegetable oil little bit

Cooking method

  • Chop cucumbers, pumpkin and onion. (I divide in a chopper because I'm lazy).
  • On the \ "Baking \" mode, put 40 minutes and first fry the onions until golden brown. Then I add the cucumbers. After 15 minutes I fall asleep chopped pumpkin and pepper everything. I do not salt, because the family does not like salted foods, and cucumbers still leave salt. Well, in general, look with salt to taste.
  • All this is \ "baked \" so to speak, I interfere 2-3 times. After the signal, grind everything in a chopper or blender until smooth. I let it cool down and back to the slow cooker, on the mode \ "extinguishing \" -1 hour.
  • In the meantime, I'm preparing jars with lids.
  • After the signal, I turn off the multicooker and on a spoon, I let the product cool down, I try, if there are enough spices, I don’t add it, and when I made it from pickled cucumbers, not pickled, I had to add a spoonful of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of honey (sugar is possible). I add the chasnok passed through the "crush" (6-8 cloves), mix and again in the "quenching" mode for 10-15 minutes. In general, when I hear that the caviar is ready to cut out, I turn it off and in jars.

I wrote on the forum, the main thing is not to overdo it with tomato paste, so that you don't hear its taste. Better to let the caviar be not quite an attractive color, but tasty!

Thanks for the recipe. Today 6 liter cans of 10 with pickles exploded. And last night, your recipe caught my eye, I threw it in the bookmarks, just as I foresaw such a disaster. So I'm going to make caviar, though there is no pumpkin, but I think zucchini with carrots will also work. Then I'll write what happened.
