The first bread turned out to be relatively normal, the second I decided to experiment and baked with pressed yeast and water. On the outside, the loaf looked normal, but on the inside it looked like a cobblestone. After reading the reviews on the internet, I was upset and was already starting to think how to get rid of this stove (exchange, hand over). But first I decided to buy a ready-made mixture for baking Borodino bread and try it. The bread turned out to be just wonderful. For myself, I concluded that the oven had nothing to do with it! It's all about the proportions of the recipe. On the 4th day of my experiments, I got a delicious bread. By the way, there was no smell of plastic, as they say here. Always smells like bread. In principle, I like my HP.

Good day! Today my husband persuaded me to become the owner of hp bork500. We bought it, brought it, read everything that is written in the instructions, loaded the ingredients for traditional bread at 750 grams, set the main mode and began to watch:
1. Taps slightly when mixing. The window fogged up almost immediately, but on the second ascent it moved away.
2. The gingerbread man is somehow uneven, I decided to unblock and see - the dough is tight, dense and why with machine oil from below !!!!! Horror! I peeled off the oil, put it back, but instead of continuing further, I started the process again!
Now I'm afraid that all the bread will be with machine oil inside! What to do??? Send it back ??? (All parts were washed before use) And so, every time you stop, the program will restart? This is the first xn in my life and so I want my bread ((((

And then, sometimes the bread falls off, but I no longer pay attention. Enough to follow every time. Depends on flour and yeast ... and on where the wind blows. The only bread, which is always with a bang, is kefir, I don't remember whose recipe it is, but it includes kefir instead of water, an egg .. Cool! You can set it: kneading - proofing (3 hours) - kneading (min 5) h proofing (1.30) - baking. As long as I looked at the instructions, there is a lot of everything and the bread does not have time to rise. And in the French mode - 3.50, for starter culture is not enough.
