Ingredients

Avocado 1 PC.
Red onion - medium 1/2 pcs.
Fresh parsley a few twigs
Lemon juice - drizzle over avocado
Vegetable oil - for salad dressing
Salt taste
Aromatic vinegar - for onions

Cooking method

  • Peel the avocado, cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon, add a drop of salt, put in a salad bowl.

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

  • Cut the onion into thin rings, sprinkle with vinegar, add a little salt, mix gently, put the avocado on top.
