Hello everyone!
Finally, I also became the happy owner of a multicooker!
Santa Claus presented for the New Year!

Due to the long holidays, I could not start operating in any way, and this morning a wonderful millet porridge with cream with pumpkin was waiting for me.
This is my first dish. I put it on a delay so that it would be ready for breakfast.
Everything worked out !

🔗

Thanks a lot to the forum. I carefully read the topics and received answers to many questions, so I had almost no doubts. There was a little fear, what if it didn't work out. But all is well!

Thank you all again 🔗

Hello everyone!
I am "wildly sorry" ... I read and read, my head is spinning ... I can't make the final choice, help, please!
I choose between Brand 37501 and Brand 502, leaning towards 502, but 37501 is more powerful ... will Brand 501?)
I also wanted to ask about Phillips 3077, but the branch is not the same) ..
Manual mode and 3D are important.
There are HP and AH.
Thank you!

So I also rushed about in the choice, and now I understand that in the absence of a multicooker, you can take any of the named models and there will be a sea of delight))) I ended up buying Brand 37502 (just 502 was not yet on sale by that time, maybe everything I would have stopped at it for lack of mine) and just delighted: I use it almost every day, right now another charlotte is baking, the smell of biscuit is all over the apartment ... The automatic mode suits me more: I don't have to think too much about how many minutes to set, especially , if you have never cooked in a cartoon before.
Happy choice)))

Hello everybody!
On NG I became the happy owner of 37502. I ordered it on the office site, but they called me back and said that it was already over. I was upset, but my husband persuaded me to look in other stores. as a result, we bought my miracle pot in Citylink on December 30. By the way, while standing in line, I saw two more girls carrying away the same apparatus. The smell was at the first cooking on Baking, then everything went away. I cook everything on it, and porridge, and soups, and steamed potatoes and cutlets. Even the compote has already cooked. But there are a couple of questions. Tell me, experienced owners. There is a default time (for example, "Baking" costs 1 hour), I figured out how to increase the time, but how to reduce it? Maybe I don’t understand why, but the instructions say that you can set time from 20 minutes on baked goods. I just manually disable it for now, but it's not very convenient. And another question about the cottage cheese casserole. I cooked it according to my usual recipe, though I didn't get it right away, it stood for ten minutes after the end of the program. So when I opened the lid, it was clear that the casserole rose well, but fell out. With what it can be connected? Is the recipe unsuitable or did you get it late? The recipe is cottage cheese, eggs, flour, semolina, slaked soda and sugar.

Increasing is about the same as decreasing. Select the required program, then press the "Timer" button - the automatically set time is displayed. Then press and hold the "Clock" button for a couple of seconds - the time will be reset to the minimum for this program.
Good luck!

Dropping is a feature of almost all curd casseroles. So it's okay!

Thank you very much! I didn't know, although I have been using this slow cooker for a year and a half.
I always just clicked on "Clock" until it went all the way to the maximum and then only got up to the minimum. To be honest, it sometimes bothered me, especially when stewing and languishing - there, in order to reduce to a minimum, I had to press for a very long time. Hold the button longer and it never occurred to me

Girls, I have a question: at 500new2, not so long ago, everything began to burn for mom. Multa is a year and a half, before this was not. All right, it would stick to the bowl, that's understandable. And if anything, you can order a new bowl. But to burn ... She complained about the modes "Milk porridge" (only millet and oatmeal cooks porridge) and "Stewing" (the meat is not weakly burnt). And I'm afraid of something, lest the thermal sensor fly
What do you advise to test the hypothesis? The problem is that I cannot see all this. When I come to my mother, she does not cook in front of me. Can't take a picture either. Only tells.

As I said, there were no such problems with this slow cooker before. She lived with me for a year (now I have 502nd, in the previous one there was too much minimum time for me in some modes, sometimes I had to manually turn it off), and since summer she has been living with her mother, and all this time my mother could not get enough of it. And then suddenly this ...

How would she be diagnosed in absentia? And I would like to calculate the ways to solve the problem.
Well, about burning on "Pastry" - in both multicooker I also have sweet pastries that burn initially, which cannot be said about not sweet ones. But since I don't bake pies in a cartoon (the volume is too small for a family), it doesn't bother.

Hello everyone!
I ask experienced users for help. For the second day I have been carving something in Brand 502. I am happy with everyone, except that at the end of cooking, when the lid is opened, a lot of liquid flows out of the valve. Or am I doing something wrong, or is it a defect?
Thank you.
Shelena
Lady, many complain about condensation! And the reason is not at all that you are doing something wrong. I have been living completely calmly with this for 2.5 years.

Lena
Can anyone advise?
Took the recipe in the cartoon recipe book.
At the bottom, then I laid out the chicken fillet in pieces, then the onion, on top of the potatoes, cut into about 1 cm cubes. I put it on stewing for 1 hour 40 minutes.
As a result, the chicken cooked well, but the potatoes were hard. Isn't 1 hour 40 minutes enough to stew potatoes with such small cubes? I had to mix everything and cook on baking for another 40 minutes.

We will implement everything that will really change.

Manual mode will replace Simmer mode. The manual mode will consist of 5 adjustable steps with a temperature change of 5 degrees.
Are these changes already? And then this post was written a year ago, and I bought my cartoon on December 30, 2012 so there are all the functions as they were at the beginning and there is languor and there is no manual mode ...
I really did not buy through an online store, but in my city in a household appliances store.

Lena, if there are a lot of potatoes, then it is better to mix it several times during the stewing. It takes me 1.10-1.20 minutes to cook a full pan, no more.

the pan was far from full. and potatoes were not very much like. so I was surprised. I didn't mix it, because it was the first dish that I cooked and decided to do everything as it was written in the recipe, I wanted it to work out like in a pot.
I read that in an hour it seems like whole potatoes are stewed, and then it was cut into cubes. so I'm surprised how so

Besides potatoes and chicken, what else was in the recipe? Was there anything sour? And then my friend was making meat under potatoes, she could not achieve the softness of the potatoes, and then it turned out that everything was poured with lemon ...

Today my pressure cooker was busy and so I had to fry potatoes in this cartoon. Previously, I often did this in the cartoon at Baking - we like such fried-baked potatoes, but since I bought a pressure cooker, I switched to it - it's faster there. So, here today my potatoes are firmly stuck to the bottom. Miracles, as you can see, do not happen ... All my pans with ceramic coating began to stick after six months of use. This ceramic bowl lasted for almost a year and also worn out ... Alas! Looks perfect, but no longer suitable for frying. I wonder how the golden coating at 6050/37501 will behave in a year.

Good question!) I blot it with a napkin, the drip tray is pristinely dry, it flows past when the lid is opened, it collects in an elastic band, but pours out of it. Now I took off the removable cover for the first time, there are also traces of water from yesterday evening, even on the heating element.
I'll try for a couple - unsubscribe.

The recipe was called "Chicken with Potatoes and Mushrooms"
I didn't have mushrooms, so I did it without them.
the chicken was great, but the potatoes are not unfortunately

Lady, I cook in a cartoon often, and the water does not immediately reach the drip tray, Elena Br wrote that this is normal, because most of it accumulates on the elastic band and on the sides. So in this matter, you are all right. (streams do not run into the drip tray).
Lena, the potatoes still have to be stewed in some way. I add a little sour cream with mayonnaise to this recipe or sprinkle it with cheese on top, so the potatoes turn out to be tastier and baked normally. Try it, don't be afraid to experiment.

Always stew for baking
True, I usually bake in another cartoon, a cheap Viscount 601. There baking is better, because the temperature is lower and more uniform. Curd soufflé, for example, turns out to be just perfect! True, it takes a long time to bake - 1h45m, but it doesn't matter. In Brand, I like pastries less, but I fried / baked all kinds of vegetables in this mode with great pleasure! But, unfortunately, you can't fry with paper ...
So ceramics is a durable coating, but it loses its non-stickiness during frying rather quickly. Which, however, does not prevent it from successfully stewing, steaming, cooking in soups and cereals, etc.

Good evening! Girls, I also have 37502 and I was very worried that the condensate did not fall into the drip tray, and some poured into porridge, some remained in the rubber band. But over time, I got used to it, and now, quickly opening the lid, I substitute a saucer or a large spoon so that condensation does not get into the porridge. I do it automatically. And she calmed down. There is no condensation on baking. And, more about baking - I pour in a little oil and put a circle cut out of baking paper (I cut the circles in advance), it gets oiled, I turn it over and only then pour the dough. Does not burn! Good luck to all!!!

Good day! Lady, 502 is a wonderful multicooker, in any cartoon there are some problems, but, over time, everything smoothes out, since this is a great helper for us. Moreover, for such a price. I watched BORK yesterday for 33,600 rubles. Yes, the bowl is weighty, but the inside is all scratched and it has not yet been cooked in it, and the scratches show that the spraying is thin. And this is for the money. I also want the second 502, and I'm taking mine to the dacha. Mine cooks great. So far, everything is working out. Yes, girls who live in Moscow - in AUCHAN they sell silicone Italian spatulas for only 63 rubles, take 2 at once - for cereals and baking and the second for frying with onions, since silicone absorbs odors, and yesterday there were also inexpensive ladles but just a miracle. Very comfortable, I recommend.
Lady
Hello everyone! I have been living for a long time, I know - nothing is eternal and ideal, even for expensive).
Therefore, the conclusion is that Brand 502 is quite competitive and I like it.
We just finished stewing the zucchini and slightly raising the front edge partially solved the problem with condensation flowing from the lid when it was opened.

I bought in Auchan Khimki (MEGA). Regarding the bowl in Borke, I may be wrong, but the woman and I looked at the bowl and there were so many scratches, so we made this conclusion. And I love this company too, but, indeed, their prices for the cartoon are prohibitive.

As I said, when you open the lid, condensate flows down to the side of the case, and on this side there are 2 holes through which it should flow into the collector. So I put a thin plate under the multicooker itself, under the front edge, so that it would tilt and drain better.

This problem is known, it was solved in model 502. You don't need to get upset, all smells will pass very soon. This burns off the protective layer on the heating element. And most importantly, it is not transferred to the prepared food.

See what exactly is preventing the water from flowing into the drip tray. Perhaps the grooves are blocked, and there is a "build-up" of plastic in them, which must be removed with a knife.

I bought 4% village milk, decided to boil it first and put it on boiling Yoghurt mode, so it tried to escape from me There was no such thing before ... Oh, it seems to me that milk is to blame. The thing is that when boiling milk changes its properties, and when it boils again it will not "run away". And if you set boiled milk to cook on the Stewing mode (where there is very weak boiling) and it has risen like a "fur coat", here the question arises. How?
As for the Simmering mode, the temperature on it is very low for cooking baked milk. I recommend simmering milk on the Stew mode.
P.S. And how other multicooker modes work. Do you have any comments on them?
