Girls, I do not stick, although 37500 will soon be 4 years old. Then those who have sticky pastries are probably better off using baking paper. (Saw the post)
Winter, and your water is not hard from the tap? This may be due to the water, or perhaps due to the dry towel with which you "rubbed" - some of the coating could be removed. Don't you have an opportunity to order another cup? For baking, I would advise you to purchase another

It's very sad to see such a reaction! This is Brand 37502 !!!!! I chose a cartoon for half a year! My goal was to buy a multicooker with a ceramic coating. I found only Brand (not counting the cookie for 16,000). I followed the testing and waited until the shortcomings identified during the testing by the girls were eliminated! And when everything was fixed I bought it! and I live in Krasnoyarsk, we do not have any and ordered from the official website. I bought it in the first days of February, there was still a special offer and they sent me a recipe book and a waffle iron as a gift. Of the Brand representatives here, I only know Vadim Solynin, details on the order and who supervised my order I will write to him in PM (if he answers). Since you have doubts about my message, I will communicate with Brand in more detail on the forum. Just, girls, I thought maybe someone else has the same thing, and this is normal - apparently I was mistaken.
Don't be offended. But in the first photo, your bowl does not look black, so doubts crept in.
I, like Vadim, am a representative of the Brand company and please contact me. And only in extreme cases to Vadim.
And now about the bowl. For the first time I see a change in the color of the coating of the multicooker bowl 37502. Surprised Therefore, I invite you to our office at Egoryevsky proezd d2. It is necessary to see what happened to the bowl, or rather to its coating. If this is not your fault, we will replace the cup with a new one.

I'm certainly better, but everything sticks too. The bottom is rough and is not washed to the end.
Don't be afraid to wash the bowls with the hard side of the sponge. I even have my PMM. (although not recommended).
A rough bottom can also be from scale.

My first attempt to make yogurt was a year ago (right after purchase) and was completely unsuccessful
And finally I decided again.
I took 1 liter of Prostokvashino milk + about 1/2 bottle of Activia (it is 290 ml). I chose the mode of yogurt with boiling for 6 hours.
After 4.5 hours I decided to look in ... I found that the mass was slightly curdled and so on
Threw it through the gauze, it turned out a wonderful creamy mass. I ate it with pleasure. The whey will be used for baking bread.
So nothing is missing
But since I want yogurt, I decided to try again. Everything is the same, only the mode without boiling. I started to look after 2.5 hours.
After 3 it seemed that it would be necessary to shoot, but I was afraid, but in vain ... After 3.5 hours I stopped a little, there was some water.
In general, the yogurt can be said to be practically turned out.
Both my husband and I ate with pleasure, and 9 months. son
Now, if you read the instructions more closely, you would immediately prepare a wonderful yogurt. You cannot heat the yoghurt bacteria above 45-50 degrees, but you set it to boil ... In the "boiling yoghurt" program there is a signal that determines the temperature favorable for adding sourdough.
It's very good that you figured it out and made yogurt.
Suslya
in PMM I'm not washing .. I'm afraid .. but with the hard side of the sponge, yes, I rub pretty well .. it helped before, now no

Winter do not be offended, you just thought that you were mistaken in the model, it happens, the flash has highlighted and distorted the color, but our cartoon, and so strangely changed the color, it gradually changed the color or abruptly, I read that ceramic coatings are destroyed by interaction with acids and alkalis , here's a chicken in Chinese where you need to add a little vinegar, I did not dare to cook in it.
Scheherazade
Tata can try to shove your bowl into your own dishwasher or with friends, will the cells be cleaned then?
Zimnyaya
Girls, thank you for your concern, I'm not offended, I just found time to go to the forum and write that at first I was a little upset.

Darling, no, not because of the water, I have a good filter, I only cook on filtered one. And I did not "scrub" the bowl, I just scrubbed the bottom in the cells, but if you consider that Elena Br says that you can not be afraid to wash with a hard sponge, then even if you "scrubbed" it would hardly have turned out so smoothly. And I don't bake often, there is no time, so there is no particular point in buying a special bowl for baking.

It seems to me that the color gradually changed, at first I did not attach any importance to this, and when it began to stick, I somehow thought about it. I don't use acids, besides, I don't even salt. It's not my alkali either, I am generally very scrupulous about chemistry - sensitive.

Good day! Girls, I don’t understand something - my bottom of the bowl on the outside is not cellular as in the photo. What bottom should there be ??? I have a honeycomb only inside. Elena BR, please take a photo of the bottom of your bowl from the outside. After all, everyone should be the same ???
Success to everyone!

I boiled without sourdough :) added after the signal. Probably just overexposed.
But the second attempt, in principle, was successful, so I'm happy

Although the bottom of the pan is still smooth, apart from the corrugation, it has already begun to stick. Yesterday I brought the fried schnitzels to the "Stew" condition, so the lower schnitzel was welded, I could not separate it with a soft silicone spatula, I had to arm myself with plastic. The bottom was smeared. The saucepan, like the MV itself, turned 1 year old only on December 15. And a bowl with a charcoal coating from another MB is soon 3 years old and not a hint of sticking, although I do baked goods only in it.

By the way, maybe someone will be interested
I accidentally discovered that you can still set the time in the yogurt mode to less than 6 hours!
But at least 3.
To do this, after switching on, pass the timer until 12, and the next time will be 3 hours (you can also 4 and 5 hours, minutes are also set).

Yes, girls, I take my words back, it looks like ceramic really starts to stick (and I thought with an admixture of Teflon). Vadim wrote that the bowl loses its non-stick properties faster than a bowl from 501. It's just that there were no such complaints before, now they are starting to appear.
Tamriko
Good afternoon everyone! If there were no complaints about the bowl before, did you change the manufacturing technology or composition? How to find out? And I campaign for my friends and already some are waiting for admission. How to be ???
Lenok82
Today I tried to cook rice. porridge in a new slow cooker. the ferry bowl and dried. The porridge was cooked but the taste was like that
I poured water into the soup mode for an hour; the result was the stench again ... What to do then? I have I have 502
Elena Bo
Did you brew the lemon? The smell of the silicone ring, it has absorbed the smell of new technology. Ventilate the multicooker for several days without closing the lid.
Korolina
Today I bought a new 502, cooked lemon, no stink. I haven't had time to cook the food yet. Tomorrow evening I'll unsubscribe. Maybe someone from the experienced will throw a recipe for milk rice porridge (successful), otherwise there is no time to look for it. I will cook faster, write off the smell faster
Korolina
Help me please. I was looking for a recipe in meat dishes today - I didn't find it. How to bake a chicken with a crust in 502 new?
Manna
Korolina, the first page of this topic contains all the recipes for this topic
Fried wings... Unfortunately, the photos have already been lost. Only instead of the "Baking" mode, use the "Roast" mode.
Korolina
Why not baked goods? I don't want to stand by the multi and fry. I want to get away from her, then interrupt. But I don’t know how long? And if in frying mode, then with the lid closed?
Manna
Oh, well, then you can and at the "Pastry"
Korolina
I found recipes on the first page, I open - chicken on baked goods, and there is only a photo, but where is the recipe itself?

The fact of the matter is that on the first page there are links not to recipes, but rather to photos and impressions. The exact composition, actions, ratios are often not there. At one time, she herself fell for this snag. It is a pity, by the way, that it is so.
Korolina
I cooked a chicken on baking today, turned it over in 30 minutes, opened the lid after another 30 minutes - there was a lot of liquid at the bottom, the chicken turned out to be stewed.
The chicken was pre-dried with a towel. How to get fried with a crust, but not to stand at the multi and not fry it,? so you can do it in a frying pan.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Korolina, the Baking mode was chosen by you yourself and now you are not satisfied. Although in this case, the Frying mode would be more appropriate. He is not like in 501, but more sparing, so you should not be afraid of him. And on it the excess liquid would have time to evaporate even with the lid closed.

Quote: Korolina

And if in frying mode, then with the lid closed?

We carefully read the instructions. There are no clear indications that closing the lid is CATEGORALLY impossible in the manual. This means that the mode works with both open and closed lids. Again, I remind you that this is not a 501 model, it fries there at 180 *, here at 120-130 *. This is a big difference.

I read that after six months of use, food began to stick in bowls with a ceramic coating, 2 years ago I bought a set of frypots with a ceramic coating, at first everything turned perfectly and removed from them, but after six months I also noticed a deterioration in the non-stick qualities of the coating, I was advised to wipe it off after washing dry the dishes and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil with a cotton pad, then blot with a paper towel, and you know, cooked food began to stick to the frypots much less, try this method, I hope it helps you like me)

Hello everyone))) It's hard to imagine cooking without a multicooker))) I even managed to bake Charlotte, which I don't like to bake in the oven. Has risen remarkably, baked completely. The only ........ not a drawback, but a nuance: the top was not baked at all, not browned, but this did not affect the taste properties: they ate in five minutes - there was nothing to photograph But there was a problem with pulling the cake out of the mold: bottom grabbed the bowl and the cake was not shaken out. I poured flour before pouring the dough.
So the question arose: can the paper be laid for baking? Will the paper folds scratch the bowl?
And the second question: whether the program will be able to fry on the function of "steaming" with the periodic addition of "cold" products (gradual frying of onions, carrots, frozen vegetables). At the same time, the timer does not start counting for a very long time, because the temperature of the vegetable mass does not reach 100 degrees for a long time. It seems to fry faster than baked goods, but I don't want to spoil the cartoon either.
Elena Bo
You can safely put baking paper. And you can fry on any program you like best. Neither the bowl nor the multicooker itself will come from this.

Natalia, try before pouring the dough, grease the bowl with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then the charlotte (and any other pie) after baking will be very easy to take out.
When baking, I used a silicone mat, baking paper, aluminum round molds, and silicone molds of a suitable size. The bowl is safe!
Nata voron
Elena Bo, Shelena, thank you very much for your answers)) I don't really like the taste of bread crumbs, unless I make my own (and this is an idea!))) I'll try both options)))
And, another question: if you first coat the bowl with oil, then after long-term use there is no smell of rancid oil from it? It's just that I have one baking sheet in a regular oven that smells ...
Elena Bo
You will wash the bowl. And not only bake in it, but use other modes as well. Doesn't smell like anything, don't worry. Oil the bowl must be greased before any baking.

Elena, thank you))) Does it matter how to lubricate: sunflower or cream? In your experience, what's the best?
I just put Charlotte on, laying out the bowl with paper, and I had to bake it for more than an hour: it has been standing for an hour and a half and is not ready yet .... Is it because the dough is not in contact with the bowl?
I am beautifull

I smear the bowl with sunflower (odorless) oil, then sprinkle with semolina. After baking, so that the cake is better taken out, I let it cool a little, then I take it out of the bowl. Sometimes, if you put an uncooled pie on a plate (dish), it gets wet. To prevent this from happening, I spread the baked goods on the wire rack until they cool completely.
Elena Bo
I grease with unscented sunflower. A few drops to the bottom and already smear with a brush.
You don't need to lay out the whole bowl with paper. Cut a circle out to the bottom. It's enough. You can walk from the sides with a thin plastic spatula if it is sticky. But this is usually not required.

Elena, thank you very much)): rose: The pie really sticks to the bottom more, but almost not to the walls. Yes, a circle to the bottom will completely save him)))
And mine was baked in paper for two and a half hours today! Has become a color, like a honey cake, but not burnt and, it seems, edible.
I will continue to experiment)))
Tara
Today my hands got around and I tried the multicooker.
I came across a wonderful specimen.
I cooked steamed sea bass, it turned out great, the fish is juicy and tasty.
Then I baked a charlotte with apples, it also turned out great. Charlotte was baked and nothing was burnt anywhere.
She covered the saucepan with ghee and sprinkled with semolina. Where sprinkling is required, I always use semolina.
I cooked everything on the "default" modes.
The multicooker does not emit any extraneous odors, such as heated plastic.

Hello everyone! My experiment from the recipe book "Curd pie with blueberries" I did everything according to the recipe only without blueberries, the biscuit became very dark and the middle was not baked, it seemed to me that 4 eggs per 600 g of curd in the curd filling is a lot, the liquid filling came out.
Girls, did anyone make a cake like that, how did you get it?

Nata521, Maybe the cottage cheese was damp? I haven't cooked a casserole in a slow cooker yet, I'm just going to, from the experience of cooking in the oven, this was
because of the "damp" curd. And, in general, I put semolina instead of flour in the casserole and cottage cheese, these products from cottage cheese are fluffy,
and with flour, they are kind of dull and under-baked.

After the first and only cottage cheese casserole from 37502 almost a year ago, I do not make any baked goods in it, since the center and edges are baked unevenly: the central part of the casserole with a diameter of 8-10 cm was even visually underbaked.

you are not using baked goods in vain! The biscuits turn out to be gorgeous, but the cottage cheese casseroles ... a lot depends on the cottage cheese, and if the center is not baked, you can still put it on, or even turn it over and for a while on the baking mode. Good luck! and delicious achievements!
