with aluminum water, remembering that aluminum is harmful
Aluminum itself is harmful, but we are dealing with aluminum oxide, which is always on the surface of aluminum products, since aluminum instantly oxidizes in air. The aluminum oxide film is very resistant, and there is no need to be afraid: distilled water drips onto the porridge (condensation of water vapor from the porridge).

Good night everybody! I bought a Brand 37502 multicooker on November 21. The smell was the first three days, but I am worried about the abundant condensation that flows from the aluminum lid into the porridge, it is somehow unpleasant to eat porridge with aluminum water, remembering that aluminum is harmful. I tried to open quickly and slowly. And the condenser collector is empty! But how not to open it, the condensate still falls into the food. Worried if I would harm the health of the family. And, the smell from the previous cooking is strongly absorbed. Mine three times, but the gum on the lid still smells like food. Yes, there is only one way out - buy a second set of lids and bowls. But, friends of CF from other manufacturers do not smell food. Why do we have it. Poor quality material may be used? The general impression is that I really like to cook in it, really an assistant. But what about the aluminum water? Success to all.

Dear, Tamriko.
Your fears are absolutely groundless. All Brand multicooker models are produced in high-class factories in China and have many years of production experience.
I'm talking about the factories of the SUPOR corporation. You can be absolutely sure about the health of your family. This model of a multicooker appeared on the Russian market a long time ago - at the beginning of 2010. It is checked up and down.
About girlfriends I immediately remember a joke about a man who came to the doctor and said: "Doctor, my neighbor says that he can 10 times a night and I want it too." And the doctor replies: "What's the problem? If you want, say so too"

Tamriko, Hello! Congratulations on your purchase! I also bought my MV on November 21, but unfortunately, I do not cook in it, because of the windy smell from the cooked dishes in the Bowl and gum ... I understand that you also have a smell ... Tell me, but the Bowl itself has does it smell like cooked food? It is the Chalice, separate from the MV. I wash my, my, the lemon has already boiled 5 times, it is always open, but the smell was as it was. And you only smell the rubber ring?

RomashkaR... I don't see what city you are from. The bowl itself does not absorb the smell. Please specify which city you are from, we will try to help you. The multicooker is not designed to stand idle, it should be useful !!!

I quite imagine
I don’t know if you have read my review, the link to which was given in my first post, but I’m paranoid too.
And during the first operation, I was on duty without leaving, diligently sniffing out the smell of "burned rubber" or whatever ...
And then she sniffed the gum just as diligently.
And after lazy cabbage rolls I was hellishly afraid to put gum under this cabbage-smelling gum and sweet charlotte in this bowl, smelling of the previous meal.
But even such a fussy as I did not feel any foreign tastes in the final dish.
Colleagues, who knew how to bake in one sitting, also did not catch anything uncharacteristic for a charlotte - I asked.
Now the gum smells like cinnamon - very tasty, you know =)
I have already made sure that this does not affect food and I no longer conduct inspections.
Well, if you convince yourself of some terrible things, they will definitely happen. At least in your own imagination, which is often stronger than reality.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to you, as a representative of the company, both for the product and for your active presence at the forum.

You are wrong to be ironic about the smell! It's really unpleasant when you cook porridge, curd casserole, and opening the lid comes the smell of previously cooked pilaf. Mine after cooking 3 times at intervals, but in the bowl the smell went away after soaking in a soap and soda solution, but the lid does not lend itself. I will buy a second lid for sweet dishes. But with condensate, I don't understand - why do we need a condensate collector, if not a drop got there for all the days ??? Now, about aluminum - the oxide film on aluminum is easily destroyed by alkalis and acids that are present in food, and these are borscht, soups, lemon, etc. But, I will say again, I would not pay attention to a few drops (as they write others) that drip into the porridge if the condensate went into the condensate trap. And so it turns out that everything is poured into food. WHY???
All good mood and success.

Elena Good afternoon! please help with some questions! I have a Brand 37502 Multicooker, I bought it 2-3 months ago. I cooked porridge with a delay, everything was in order, but last night I put it with a delay of 2 hours, yogurt in jars without boiling, she had to prepare yogurt by 10 in the morning, when I came to her in the morning, the scoreboard was burning 62:25 while water it was cold in the bowl and the milk in the jars was liquid, I have the impression that it turned on ... how can such a time burn

I turned it off by canceling it later from the network, installed the program again, set the delay for 6 hours so that I could take out the jars when I came home from work, after 2 minutes she uttered a single signal and began to click, after about 15 minutes I opened the lid to look, and the water was there became lukewarm, that is, the delay did not work, but the program began to make yogurt right away.
I ran away to work, I left it as it is, while my husband looks at home

Do you think this is a problem with her?

Someone answer me !!! From Brand !!! I want to hear your opinion !!!

P.S: by the way, when I came home from work in the evening, I had strong cottage cheese in the jars
unfortunately, the husband also left home and she was left unattended, and what she was doing there is not clear
according to the correct one, by my arrival she had only to finish making yogurt.

Look at the story ... everyone is talking everywhere, and I was convinced of this personally, that during cooking, a strong and persistent aroma of the dish is spread throughout the apartment. It turns out that for an entire hour your whole apartment smells like a casserole, and after opening the lid, the casserole suddenly smells of pilaf and completely loses its natural smell? I can't imagine it. Fair. The gum is objectively too weak a smell, felt only if you bury your nose in it.
What do you usually wash the bowl with? A single sponge wash with a fresh portion of Fairy is enough for me. After rinsing off the product, the bowl creaks and "clings" to the fingers.

What I noticed is that a thin film is baked on the inner wall of the bowl above the level of the food being cooked, I don't even know how to express what exactly, most likely it’s a boil from bursting bubbles. Here she then exudes the aroma of the prepared dish. It is washed with difficulty, even with the hard side of the sponge from the Fairy. When preparing dishes with tomato paste, the risks in the pan turn into the color of the paste, even with the word CUP. And yesterday, after cooking fish soup, after washing the pan, rinsing it, I remembered that cold water also absorbs odors. She poured a full pot of cold water, let it stand for some time. She poured water, and on the side of the pan there is a thin ring of film at the level of the soup that was in it. I had to wash it furiously. So our coating will not last long. It's a pity...

And how do you pour oil into a bowl? Do you put in and turn on the express groats or do you warm it up a bit first?

I pour in oil, I ignite for 3-4 minutes, for whatever it may be. Then I load the roasting product. I make homemade cutlets. And I would first defrost frozen cutlets on "Simmering" or "Yogurt" without boiling. Pancakes can be started immediately with frying, and then darkened, so that the filling reaches the condition.

Hello bakers! I'm a newbie on your positive forum, I don't have a bread machine yet (I hope you won't drive it away), but yesterday I became the owner of the cartoon Brand 37502 I chose the multicooker for a long time and thoughtfully, I read about Brandik the whole topic on the multicooker forum and the whole topic here, and yesterday my dream came true! What a beauty and clever she is, I am ready to scream with delight! First of all, I washed the bowl and all the other accessories and boiled lemon water, the smell was slight at the very beginning, then it passed. Yesterday I cooked a curry chicken breast gravy on it, and then rice for a side dish, it turned out awesome. Rice has a completely different taste, I never got it on the stove, the chicken is very tender. And this morning she made us happy with milk buckwheat porridge. In general, I already love her very much. A huge thank you to Brand for such an assistant!

62:25, this should not be. This is some kind of failure.
If you switched on the program "Yoghurt without boiling" for a cooking time of 6 hours, and then set a "delay" for 6 hours, then the display should be "12:00". So?
I assume that you have made a mistake in the settings and did not set the snooze time. It had to be added to the 6 hours of the default cooking time. Therefore, the multicooker began to click (heat up) and the water warmed up.

The "yogurt" mode worked for the prescribed 6 hours, and then the device went into the "standby" mode. But since the multicooker is airtight and the food in it cools slowly, your yogurt continued to cook until the contents cooled to room temperature. So you got cottage cheese.

If, nevertheless, you have installed everything correctly, and you cannot prepare yogurt with a delay in a multicooker, then contact the service center.
The "Delay" on the "Yogurt" mode should work as indicated in the instructions.

But the baking has not worked out very well yet. I prepared a curd cake according to a recipe from a book. After 50 minutes, the top was completely white, as if completely raw, turned it over - and the bottom turned out to be quite fried. Well, not burnt, but the crust is dark brown. I'm really not strong in baking, maybe what I did wrong, I don't know ...
White top on baked goods is perfectly normal. This is how all multicooker works, because.the upper heating element does not heat up enough and is only needed to reduce condensation.
The next time you make a cake, set the cooking time to 40-45 minutes, the crust will not be so dark.

Wash the bowl with the hard side of a sponge and detergent. The coating is durable enough to withstand such cleaning.

I rested for two days. On the first day I cooked soup, chicken with green peas (from the recipe book), buckwheat for a side dish and, finally, a manna. My husband diminished the chicken in 2 minutes, he says very tasty. And mannik ... this is generally ... For some reason, the baking in my oven did not rise, but here, such an airy pie came out !!! Mannik did exactly according to the recipe from the book, the only thing was that she quenched the soda with vinegar and put a little less sugar. I wouldn’t cook so much on the stove, but here it’s interesting and you don’t have to stomp around the stove
In short, I'm happy with my cartoons, so clever!
By the way, when I put the soup to boil, the smell of burnt wiring went, but after 10 minutes it passed, which I was glad, did not affect the quality of the original product.

Without this slot, you will not be able to put the top steamer. Everyone has such a gap and it does not affect the cooking time, because there is another lid inside with a silicone gasket. Do you have steam from under the lid during cooking? Only through the valve?
Elena Bo
Fionka, don't panic ahead of time. These holes are for draining the condensate into the drip tray. Water is drained into it (and even then not all) only when you open the lid. When you cook, nothing pours anywhere, since it is sealed along the edge of the bowl with a silicone gasket of a removable lid.
Sometimes you can see water there only by removing the drip tray, it literally covers the bottom there.
Fionka
Elena Bo, I don't panic at all, it's rather healthy curiosity. As I already wrote - we are talking about draining the water after opening the lid. If the water goes into the holes, but does not appear either in the collection or on the table, then it flows somewhere into the space between the walls. What is in this space - I don't know, that's why I'm asking =) Well, I'm just wondering - where does it go there? It is problematic to evaporate in a confined space, so it accumulates somewhere.

If the condensate drained inside, it would fall on the hot heating element and hiss. If this does not happen, then nothing gets inside. There is nothing to worry about.
And if there is a lot of water on the case, then look what prevents it from getting into the drip tray. Or maybe not so much water?

Elena Bo Thanks for the answer, they reassured me, yes, during cooking, steam does not come from under the lid.
So everything is in perfect order with your multicooker.
Fionka
Elena Br, well, please read it carefully - for the third time I am already writing about the same thing in different words. It does not drain into the bowl's internal recess containing the heating element. It flows into the very holes that are intended for this, but does not appear in the container. There is a certain space between the inner niche of the multicooker and its outer walls - it is not monolithic. The entrance to the holes is visible, the exit was not investigated, it will be necessary to check something with a conductor. If the drain is absolutely insulated along its entire length, then it must go outside. If it does not come out, it means it is not isolated and the water gets somewhere else between the outer wall and the inner one.
Shelena
Fionka, Hello!
Especially I looked when you appeared on the forum and how long this multicooker works for you. It turned out about 2 weeks. So?
This is a very short time. During this time, the water that flows to the drip tray through the "square holes" has not yet reached the "destination" (it must have some isolated path). The topic mentioned that in the new multicooker, a heating element was added to the lid to avoid condensation. I am beautifull answered you absolutely correctly: the drip tray is filled NOT AFTER EACH PREPARATION (and this is in "old" models, but what can we say about new ones!). In a month, perhaps, something will run into yours.

By the way, 2 MB BRAND have been working for me for more than 2 years. I very rarely remember about the drip tray (once every 1-2 months). During this time, nothing "was short." So don't worry. Everything is functioning normally.
Fionka
Good evening, Shelena, thanks for the information, it's so nice when they finally understand you =) I got worried only because yesterday, due to the peculiarities of cooking, there was a lot of condensation and I decided that it was time to empty the drip tray. I was extremely surprised by its dryness =)
Today, for the sake of peace of mind, I'll check the drains with a conductor.
Shelena
Fionka, glad I helped you to allay your anxiety. I know very well how at first with a new, already beloved, (long and carefully chosen) device, a variety of questions arise that bother me. Therefore, ask - we will help!
Good luck!

The topic mentioned that in the new multicooker, a heating element was added to the lid to avoid condensation.

I have a new multicooker (judging by the fact that there are 2 steamers in the kit), and so, under no conditions did I find heating from above like "a heating element in the lid", "3D heating", etc. Those who know, please explain this moment ... But despite what I have written, I am satisfied with the quality and taste of the prepared dishes. Pilaf is especially great !!!
Elena Bo
Quote: Alfa

in no mode did I detect heating from above such as "heating element in the lid", "3D heating"
How did you look for it?
The main heating is from the bottom, and the heating in the lid is weak. It is present in all models, but in the updated Brand 37502, power was added to it so that there was less condensation. The top in baked goods (if you mean it) is always white in all multicooker.

Alpha, 3D heating is stronger in the new multicooker is made in order to reduce the amount of condensation, and not brown up baked goods
