Ingredients

Dry yeast - 2 tsp.
Rye flour - 1 tbsp.
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 2 tsp.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Oil (from under sun-dried tomatoes) - 2 tbsp. l.
Malt - 2.5 tbsp. l.
Spinach - 0.5 tbsp.
Sun-dried tomatoes - 7 pcs.
Water - 160 ml

Cooking method

  • We put all the ingredients in the bread maker's bucket (according to the instructions) and put in the "rye bread" mode.

  • Note... I used frozen spinach in the bread. Pay attention to the kneading, since there can be a lot of water in spinach and not all of the water indicated in the recipe can be used.

Yesterday I baked such bread, But 160 ml of water for 3 tablespoons of flour will not be enough if you do not add juicy spinach. I added water to the eye up to the kolobok.
