Chicken and turkey pancakes

Ingredients

Turkey meat, or chicken breast (fillet)
(you can also mix two meats)
500 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Millet flour. 2-3 st. l with a slide
Fresh cream 100-150 ml
Sour apple 1 PC.
Green onions, dill, table parsley 1/3 cup
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat with a knife into small cubes 0.5x0.5 cm. put in a bowl.
  • Fry the onions until golden brown, put them in the meat.
  • Cut the sour apple into small cubes - add to the meat.
  • Finely chop the green onion and herbs and add to a bowl.

  • Add flour, cream, salt, pepper, eggs. Mix everything well. The mass should look like "thick pancakes".

  • Spoon the mass into a frying pan and fry on both sides, over medium heat until tender.

  • It is fried quickly, the meat is fried well until tender.

Note

Pancakes are delicious to taste. Good for breakfast, take to work, on the road, etc. Good hot and cold.

In the recipe, everything is the same, only changed the composition of the meat.

I took chicken fillet and pork steaks. I ground the pork in a blender, finely chopped the chicken fillets with a knife. It turned out just as tasty!
