Ingredients

Flour 250 gr.
Salt 0.25 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Kefir, milk or homemade yogurt 90 ml.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Hard or semi-hard cheese 100-150 gr.
Minced meat 200-250 gr.

Cooking method

  • Today I was in the mood to cook something that I would like to spend a little more time than usual.
  • So, let's begin.
  • For the test you will need:
  • 90 ml. kefir, milk or homemade yogurt;
  • 250 gr. flour of the highest grade;
  • 1 egg;
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • We knead the dough.
  • For the filling we use your favorite minced meat and grated cheese.
  • Roll out the dough as thin as possible (the quality of the dough is very good, it does not break at all and does not stick either to the table or to the rolling pin).
  • Put the filling on the rolled dough (minced meat, and then cheese).
  • We pinch and fry in a little vegetable oil on both sides.
  • Serve with sour cream or whatever you like.
