Ingredients

Processed cheese 2 pcs.
Eggs 2-3 pcs.
Large onion 1 PC.
Baton (I have sliced)
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion as small as possible, grate the cheese curds on a fine grater. Add eggs, stir. I first added 2 eggs, and then another one, I got small ones. The mass should be such that you can easily spread it. We take a slice of loaf and put 1 tbsp. l. mass and spread over the entire surface.
  • Add a little vegetable oil to a preheated frying pan and put a slice of loaf, weight down.

    We are waiting for it to brown, turn it over, brown it on the other side and that's it.
