Grilled pork ribs in the airfryer

Ingredients

Ribbed pork - fresh meat 1.5-2 kg
Grilled sauce:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1/2 pcs.
Brown sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Tabasco sauce 1/3 tsp
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare a grill sauce, pour a layer of pork with it on both sides, leave the meat in a flat pan to marinate for about 1-2 hours.
  • Turn the meat a couple of times. the layer of meat is large, so I cut it into two layers. if necessary, add a little salt to the meat.
  • We transfer the meat in two layers to the grill of the airfryer, upper floor.
  • We turn on the airfryer for 60 minutes, first at 200 * C for 30 minutes for intensive roasting and heating of meat.
  • Then I decrease the temperature to 175 * C and bake for about 15 minutes, Then I decrease the temperature to 150, then to 130 * C so that the meat is evenly baked inside, it becomes completely soft.
  • We serve the finished ribs immediately to the table with a large mountain of fresh salad!

The meat turned out to be very soft, soy sauce and balsamic did their job, the meat turned out with the taste and smell of barbecue, fire.

The brown sugar and Tabasco sauce gave it a spicy sweet taste. Everything turned out in moderation.

I do not often bake such meat, after all, pork, ribs! But when you come across high-quality meat in a layer, ribs, and circumstances also dispose, under beer, cold dry white wine of excellent taste, the company - well, it turns out very good and tasty!
