Pizza dough with milk

Ingredients

250 ml. milk
1.5 tsp. dry yeast
3 tsp Sahara
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1.5 tsp. salt
520-550 gr. flour

Cooking method

  • I used this recipe even before the bread maker appeared.
  • But the dough turns out great in it too.
  • I add the ingredients, following the instructions for the bread maker (I have flour in the water).
  • Flour leaves differently each time, depending on the size of the eggs and humidity, so first I put 500 grams of flour into the dough and, during the kneading process, add as needed even before a beautiful bun is formed. But I don't knead a very cool bun.
  • The dough is enough for 2 large baking sheets from the oven. Compared to the recipe for a bread machine (I tried a recipe from both Panasonic and Kenwood), the dough is very soft.
  • Program - pizza.

To roll with a rolling pin, you can knead more steeply, but it is not so tender then it turns out. I usually start rolling it on the table in vegetable oil, and only then I shape it with my hands under the shape of a baking sheet.

I got a lot of dough, 1/3 went for a pizza the size of a baking sheet, thin, but not a crouton, and that's what I liked, and 2/3 went for cinnamon rolls, but not simple ones, an idea with TV: I poured some walnuts into the mold, hung rolling pin, sprinkled with sugar, poured with melted butter, laid on all this pieces of cut cinnamon roll, proofing, baked goods, and for added elegance, poured chelsea buns with a srop (100 g sugar + 70 g water, boil for 3 minutes). let's go to hell after pizza)))

surprisingly: the flour is the same, but this time there was no need to add it, everything was in the tunic, a wonderful dough came out, although there was no particular mood or strength, so believe after that in a special mood)))
the pizza was on pot, and from the rest of the dough I made cheesecakes according to the Chuchelka recipe with sour cream filling
