Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Kefir 1 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
Medium apples 2 pcs.
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Thyme pinch

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the fillet and apples into cubes about 1.5 by 1.5 cm. Add zest, garlic, sprinkle with dried thyme and fry in a pan quickly, 5 minutes. The fire must be decent, stir, do not salt! As soon as you sprinkle it with salt, the juice will go. There will already be cooking, not roasting. When fry, turn off and then add salt.

  • 2. For the dough, mix salt, sugar, eggs, baking powder, a glass of cold kefir and the liquid that will stand out after adding the filling with a whisk. You will get a sour cream-like, viscous pouring dough.

  • 3. Put the filling in a mold about 26 cm in diameter, grease it well with olive oil and pour the dough evenly.
  • 4. Serve with sour cream.

about 50 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake at 160 degrees

Note

I don't remember the recipe from the magazine Gastronom for what year (I have a clipping). They wrote it, I don't know from what hangover, but I redid the dough, because it did not work out what it should have done. But the filling for my taste is amazing in terms of balance. Everything in it is in place: zest, thyme and garlic.

Of course, for lovers of meat with fruit sauces, fillings. That is, people like me.
