Cooking method

  • I don’t know what to call it correctly, but in my family it’s a meat pie with lavash.
  • Cooking minced meat for the pie. Finely chop the boiled egg, onion, garlic, chop the carrots into small strips. We add everything to the minced meat, plus add mayonnaise for juiciness. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread a sheet of pita bread on the table and spread the minced meat on top, it is convenient to do it with a large knife. We roll up the finished sheet and put it in a saucepan. Fill everything on top with a whisk filling.
  • Cook in baking mode for 60 minutes on one side and 20 minutes. from the second

You can take any minced meat. It turns out tasty if you mix minced pork and beef with chicken and additionally fry the onion with a chopped egg. Very juicy and tender.

You can just cook in the oven. Only cover the form with foil, and at the end of cooking, remove and let it brown.

Cool recipe and delicious cake. It can be done the same way with (cottage cheese-dill) and chicken liver. Also very tasty. Only I make several layers of filled pita bread. Then I carefully roll up the roll and put it in a round shape. And I pour in sour cream mixed with a beaten egg. I bake in the oven and do not cover with anything. Awesome delicious !!! I advise!

How about chicken liver? Do you pre-fry or boil and then twist and fry? Or add raw?
