The milk at home turned out to be only sour and very well sour, to the state of kefir. So it was poured instead of milk according to the recipe, but poured a little more, because there was only 90 grams of sour cream and it was very fatty and thick.
For some reason, I thought that there would be baguettes, but the taste did not turn out to be baguettes at all, it turned out like a good bun from a bread machine, like a homemade cake or something, only a little less sugar, very tasty.
