Ingredients

Yeast 2 tsp
Wheat flour 450 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Butter 20 g
Sour cream 25% 125 g
Sesame or sunflower seeds 3-5 tbsp. l.
Water 180 ml
* if sour cream is not thick, add 1-2 tbsp. l. flour.

Cooking method

  • You can take a little less than 160-170 ml of water, then the bread will turn out to be denser. I bake such bread when the sour cream remains: it is already not enough for food, but for bread just right. It turns out to be lush, aromatic, white and not sweet, despite 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.

This recipe has a lot of yeast .. I add 1 1/3 tsp into that recipe. yeast and wonderful, on sour cream and sour milk, it is tall and tasty.
