Two months ago I bought this wonderful bread maker. The bread is excellent.At first, the top of the bread sagged a little, then I got used to it, I follow the bun during kneading. Much depends on flour.
And after two months of use, the dough mixer spatula began to hang on the shaft and knock at the beginning of the dough kneading. Initially this was not the case. The backlash appeared after my unsuccessful experience with kneading too tough dough. My kitchen scales broke and showed the wrong weight, but I didn't notice it right away. So we got an incident with a cool dough. I had to add water and bring it to the desired consistency by eye. AND

A lot depends on flour.
