I have a Kenwood 350 oven. There is a recipe for Caribbean bread. So I got it like a dumpling or something. Maybe someone baked it?
It is a sweet bread without yeast with dried fruits. I'll write a recipe if necessary.

And what about the rest of the pastries in your HP?
The world
Fine.
And the first one was Caribbean, then just white, it also didn't come out very well. Then we baked rye bread, it turned out very even and every time it was good. But this is all yeast, and the Caribbean is not.

The world , according to this recipe there was already a topic with questions. For some reason, milk is indicated 2 times, apparently an error. Instead of 60 ml of milk at the end of the recipe, presumably there should be something else, clearly not milk.

PS: I thought, thought and decided that maybe it should be some kind of milk, just to soak the finished cake ...

Peace be with you bakers!

Qween correctly pointed out ---- Instead of 60 ml of milk at the end of the recipe, there should supposedly be something else, obviously not milk.

I looked in the instructions for BM450, there is the same recipe, just without additional milk:

Butter, melted 50 gr.
Milk 170 ml
Egg, beat lightly 2
Plain flour 280 gr.
Baking powder 1 tbsp. l.
A pinch of salt
Sugar powder 115 gr.
Dried coconut 25 gr.
Ready-to-eat Dried Tropical Fruits, coarsely chopped 75g.

1. Add melted butter, milk and eggs to a baking dish.
2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt at the same time.
Combine sugar with dried coconut and tropical fruits. Then put all the ingredients in a baking dish.
Maybe "60 ml milk" is just a typo?

Caribbean tea bun

NON-YELLOW Dough

Practical tips for best results:
• It is normal for a cake pan to rise only half or three quarters. Their consistency should be light and pleasant.
• Since muffins are always high in sugar and fat, we advise you to always set the browning level to light to avoid burning the edge.
• Never knead twice the amount of dough on a cake, as it can be very thick.

Ingredients
Butter, melted 50 g
Milk 170 ml
Eggs, slightly beaten 2 pcs
Plain flour 280 g
Baking powder 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.25 tsp
Dried coconut 25 g
Powdered sugar 115 g
Baking soda 1 tsp
Finished Dried Tropical Fruits, Coarsely Shredded 75 g.

Cooking time: 1 hour 22 minutes

Preparation:
1. Place the ingredients in the bowl in sequence according to the recipe.

2. Insert the pan into the bread maker and close the lid.

3. Press the MENU button and select the 8-LEAF TEST program.

4. Select the LIGHT crust color level and press START / STOP.

Note: This recipe is only suitable for a 1kg cake.
Do not use the Delayed Start function to make a Caribbean Bun, as the ingredients will spoil.
Let the cake cool for 5 minutes before removing from the mold.
Use an oven-safe spatula to peel off the rim of the cupcake and gently twist.
