Since we don't eat raw eggs, I decorate with shabby white chocolate immediately hot. Empirically I found out - only AlpenGoldovskaya white chocolate with almonds and coconut melts, others remain shavings. I am grateful to the author, now I bake cakes every holiday.

Since the bread maker was busy in the morning, I diluted the yeast just in a bowl. I put 2 tsp. dry Saf-Moment.
The yeast fermented for about 7 hours, then I loaded everything into the bread maker. To all the ingredients according to the recipe I added only a teaspoon of brandy, in which I had soaked a pinch of saffron in advance. Also, I always put cardamom, vanillin and lemon zest in Easter cakes. Instead of raisins, which no one here likes, I have dried cherries, strawberries and nectarine.
Well, I have endured the fear with this test! By the beginning of baking, I had the feeling that it did not rise from the word at all. I already decided that everything was gone, but in the process of baking the cake still grew a little. True, he is still not as beautiful and tall as in many photographs in this topic, but not quite a pancake either.
