Ingredients

Flour 400 g
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
salt 1 tsp
water as much as flour takes
Fresh cabbage 400 g
Carrot 1-2 small
Onion small onion
Dill, salt taste
Rast. refined oil for deep fat

Cooking method

  • From flour, water, salt and butter, knead the dumplings dough, which is not very steep. I kneaded it and the bread maker moved (about half an hour) away. It turned out to be a very soft and smooth dough. If you eat animal products, then part of the water can be replaced with eggs and sour cream, then the dough will be rich and tender.

  • Chop the cabbage and onions, grate the carrots. You can, of course, lightly fry the onions with carrots, and stew the cabbage for 5-10 minutes until soft. But I love pasties with raw vegetables a la hot salad in the dough. I mix onions with carrots and cabbage, salt, sprinkle with dill and knead (as if the dough is kneading), so the cabbage will be juicier.

  • Divide the dough into koloboks, roll it out, put the filling, spread it in a thin layer over one half, roll it in half. Stick the pasties.
  • If you make small dumplings, you get ravioli with cabbage.

  • Fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
