I always make the pancake dough just with a whisk (any available) in a bowl.
No clumps and problems
notka_notka
NNov, sifted flour? Maybe heavy and fell ill? I have never had lumps. Shaking intensely

RepeShock, Irina, well, here we are talking about a shaker. Girls want to make dough in it. By the way, in the pan with a whisk I used to often form lumps. It also has its own science, but that's a different story ...

NNov, did you sift the flour? Maybe heavy and fell ill?
I didn't sift - I don't really like sifting into the shaker - it pours past through the handle a little (((But it could not be caked - I just poured the bag into Novinka.

I have a simple secret for large volumes - first I make a thick dough, and then I dilute it with liquid. 100% way. Perhaps I'll try it in a shaker. True, thick shaking is probably hard.

NNov, and I have the simplest secret - I always sift flour !!!
In fact, this is the first time I haven't sifted - I'm tired of the flour around the shaker. Well, and there were always lumps (though only in a large mixer, there were never any fewer problems with the mixer)
Seven-year plan
If there are lumps in the dough, then you just need to let the dough stand ...
Then shake the mixer a little more and there will be no lumps! ...
This also works if you knead the dough in a cup ...
NNov
After the dough has stood (and I have enough of a large mixer for several frying runs), the lumps really became smaller, but the pancakes stopped sticking from the pan (((

NNov, and did you forget to add vegetable oil? ...

and now, when the "tefalka" pancake maker appeared, it is more beautiful than it for removing and turning pancakes, there is nothing. But I am very pleased with her.

I have this melted after the second use. Now lying around. And I turn it over in the old fashioned way with a wooden spatula.

did not forget. And when the third run began to fry, I had to pour oil and splash on the frying pan - the most delicious option turned out and did not stick well (and the batch is still the same)))))

Please share what size Ultra Pro is the most versatile and loved by you personally? What do you cook at UE? It is clear what the taste and color are, but still ... you will help me a lot with the choice

Ultra 3.5 liters I often bake meat in a large piece. There is no need to buy a smaller size.
There is also lasagna, in it I often make rice or bulgur half-cooked from below, and chicken or duck legs on top. The size is also fine.
I don't cook soups, I just bake them.

Svetlana, most of all I love the ultra for 2L round - every day in the course. Instead of a rice cooker, I cook porridge in it in a microwave with an open lid. There were also round cocotte makers, but they were like ultra +, it is convenient to melt butter, chocolate. Bread, loaf are good in the ultra for 1.8 liters and its shape is like a loaf of bread. I have such saucepans:

Sveta, Elenathank you girls!
I choose between 5.7 and 3.3 Lasagne. I'm more inclined to the latter. But I do not like the thing to lie unnecessarily. I take for the whole family chicken and lasagna ...

Soup, namely stewed borscht, is a "song". It is impossible to "tear yourself away" from him - yummy. Try it - you won't regret it.

I confirm that stewed borscht is delicious. Recently I prepared it for the first time using Seleznev's video. The products are the same, we change the technology, we get an unusual taste. A 17-year-old child now asks to cook stewed borscht.

Agree ! A year ago I bought this 3.5 liter saucepan and the second dish cooked in it was Seleznev's stewed borscht. Since then, I cook borscht in it and, of course, with donuts, as in the video, it's very tasty!

girls, the question arose: can you add oil to a microwave pressure cooker ?! and then I was going to make pilaf in it, oil is needed, but the worm gnaws doubts - will I ruin it ?!
Catwoman
himeraYA, I cooked pilaf and soups and potatoes with meat. It's okay. Add. Do not be afraid.

Girls, who knows? When using Microgrill, do you need micra with the grill? Will the grill not work without the function?
anna_k
Mashunya, a microwave oven is needed the most common, the grill effect is obtained due to the characteristics of the dishes
Mashunya
Anya, thank you!

Mashunya, here is the information that was given at the winter meetings.
They said different things about the cost, the device should cost almost 500 euros. It costs $ 199 in the US and is a very popular thing.

Mashunya, I also want, but with an adequate price tag.
My personal limit is 6000 rubles. It is unlikely that it will be at this price)))

For such a price, it definitely won't.
anna_k
tata2307, yes, alas, prices in Russia always go off scale ...
At a price of $ 199 in the United States, for a consultant, the device turns out to be about 9,000 without any shares.
Ours, of course, will be more expensive, but how much ...

I remember that the whole forum passionately bought Tortilla Maker for only 4000 rubles.
The functionality is about the same, it prepares the same amount of time. The serving size is even slightly larger. And you can pizza, and pastries, and a piece of meat and fish.
The only disadvantage of the tortilla is that it is a separate rather large unit.

As for the price of 20,000 for a micropro grill, which I saw in your thread, I personally bought a top-end Panasonic microwave with a steam generator, a full-fledged oven, etc. on Avito for only 28,000. A new one costs 44,000-50,000.

This is all IMHO, I love the taper anyway
tata2307
Quote: anna_k
And as for the 20,000 price for a micropro grill that I saw on your thread,
The prices for the products are set by the company. And to buy or not to buy, no one and no one forces.

The price will be more than 22 thousand rubles (including the consultant's discount)

I agree, the price is very, very high. Somehow the Russian part of the company in the race for profit forgets about reality. The price of the device is almost equal to the cost of the microwave itself)))
Olgushechka81
For that kind of money, I would buy another unit, also a grill but freestanding. Whoever has everything, of course, can buy himself another toy.
anna_k
Girls who are interested, there is a micropro grill on Ebay, far from one offer, the price tag with a delivery is quite sane, but of course more expensive than I want

For 22,000 I am far from such games and I will find myself

Today I decided to give my master press one more chance to show themselves. I think this was the last chance. I made a sufficiently dense minced meat so that it did not smear on the walls and did not feather from all. I pressed some stripes from the largest holes. Eh, where the heroic strength came from. Otherwise, it would not choke. And how did the Italian woman in the video manage the "delicacy"?
It was easier and more beautiful to stick it with your hands. It is unlikely that I will want to use this press anymore ...
hello. please tell me where did you get the press with the crown of the nozzles? I bought through a distributor but there was one nozzle. would gladly buy two attachments.

I found a new interesting video recipe with the participation of the sunflower shape (in the absence of it, it seems to me that you can do it in the cooling tray)
NNov
I have long wanted to share a recipe for a Sunflower (budget option), here, they recalled)))
I made peach sambuc (you can find a recipe on the internet), whip cream there and Savoyardi cookies and jelly ... In short, I made goodbye)))
There were several intermediate stages, this final))):
2 packs of cottage cheese (preferably without crumbs)
0.5 l fermented baked milk
half a half-liter jar of any jam (the issue of jam disposal was also relevant)))
I stir with a hook in the combine (you can do it manually, but I like the combine better)
I dissolve 2 packs of DrQetker gelatin (I don’t know how it is spelled correctly, well, you understand which one) I dissolve in 200 ml of milk (I let it swell for 5 minutes and in the microwave for 5 minutes (in a 1l MikroKuk jug) at medium power (before and after the microwave oven I stir with a whisk with cut edges) and without directly cooling it, too, into the combine. Then a little more with a silicone spatula - and in the Sunflower, in the refrigerator, after 2-3 hours you can eat.
Flies away quickly, I do it almost every week.
Glad if someone comes in handy)))))
P.S. When the jam ends, the plans are for the same recipe, but with sugar and frozen berries (of which there are also many))))

And yet - pre-rinse the form with water and a small amount of vegetable oil (well, this is as usual, but suddenly who does not know)))
anna_k
NNov, thanks for the recipe! I will definitely try! Grandma regularly supplies jam, but we don't really eat it

Not at all, use it)))
And also about jam:

Compote can be cooked from it. Just not easy, but add any citrus cut into large pieces to the pan. It is also very tasty and does not look like jam diluted with water))) But the option with cottage cheese (as a disposal of jam) I like more)))
