Armenian homemade bread Matnakash

Ingredients

wheat flour 500 g
warm water 330-350 g
Saf-Moment yeast 3 g
sugar 1/2 tsp
salt 9 g
vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • In the bowl of the food processor, mix warm water, flour, yeast, sugar. At the end of the batch, add salt, vegetable oil. I added a milky liquid with pieces of butter left over from the butter refining recipe by Admin (Tatiana). Ferment the dough until it increases 2-2.5 times. Then knead the dough and put it back on the way. Put the matched dough on an oily surface, divide into 2 koloboks and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then flatten each piece into a cake, put it on a baking sheet and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Before baking, make grooves and sprinkle with water. Bake in a preheated oven up to 220 degrees 25-30 minutes.
  • The bread is crispy and airy.

julifera, maybe I overlooked. But following your link to the main recipe, you can see a slightly different composition. I agree, the principle and meaning are the same. It's just that someone writes in their own words, and someone else under a carbon copy. I think many will agree with me that every recipe on display is a joy to share your success.
If the moderators deem it necessary to delete or transfer my recipe, I have no complaints.

A very tasty cake turned out! Much tastier than the matnakash that is sold in our stores, factory. I baked a half portion - ate together at dinner. Thank you, Tata, I will bake more.
