I have a recipe - melt 250 g of butter at room temperature (I put it on the battery to speed up or you can quickly put it in the microwave), 1/2 tbsp. sugar, 2 eggs, a bag of vanillin, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. slaked soda (you can also baking powder, but I bake it like my mother's - therefore soda), 3.5 tbsp. flour. I interfere with the food processor, otherwise the mixer "dies" in the middle of the flour input.
and the length of one sausage for a nut on a moving board got 1.5 divisions (there are divisions on the board)
now she told everything for sure))))))))

Thank you. what you need. I will definitely try

Girls, thank you all for the reviews about the thermos! I ordered it, I'm waiting for the parcel.

I'm back with fusion. And praise and scold.

Praise - today I made date sweets with coconut flakes. Krups failed, chopped into indistinct pieces and that's it. The structure didn’t work at all. Then I remembered about the meat grinder - and lo and behold, an excellent homogeneous mass.
By the way, it spins easily and pleasantly. It washes then in the PMM, which is very important.
I don’t know how an electric grinder would have done it, most likely good too. But for blenders, even professional ones, dried fruits are a very difficult test.

And to scold ... The fine grater did not cope with the usual apple, I don't even know why ...

NNov, about pancakes in a big mixer here several times wrote.

I found 2 recipes:

1. Pour liquids up to 500 ml, sift flour on top - until the edge of the glass expands, add salt and sugar about 0.5 tsp each. (to taste), put the disc with the bulge up, then the ring, the lid and shake it several times. Remove the lid, break the egg (if small, you can do 2), close and shake again. Open and add vegetable oil (not very much). All. We bake.

2.300 ml of milk, 6 tbsp. l. flour, 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, butter
And how many pancakes come out of the batch?
I baked today, I have a bit of a different recipe - in a 28 cm frying pan, 6 pieces are stable and a little ... with my dog's, I do not bother to knead several times, while the latter is baking, I knead a new portion, exactly until the portion is fried on both sides!
Elena17
Elena, it turns out a little. My frying pan is not very large. It turns out pieces 8 - 9. Therefore, I rarely make pancakes in this mixer. If I'm looking for some pancakes, then at least one liter of milk at once. My household has 8 pieces - as they say "for one tooth" .......
j @ ne
I also try to pour more into the mixer so that it turns out full. I bake in the Princess, they are not very thin, I have to distribute them with a spatula, 8-9 pieces come out. But I immediately grind the cottage cheese with sugar and an egg, stuff the pancakes and put the whole portion in a pizza maker with a slice of butter. It bakes very quickly and the portion turns out - what you need, and there is more benefit!
Longina
And yesterday I was kneading pancakes in the "Ot Chef" mixer, by the way, there is also a recipe in the booklet. I also liked the larger volume, and you don't need to shake anything - spin it and enjoy it. In a word, the mixer "From the Chef" is a thing!

Small. I needed a salad.
I did it according to the instructions - I took off the skin, cut it into quarters. The apple was normal firm, so this was not expected.

And I also tried the chef press, both nozzles. The impression is ambiguous.
Ideal for hard foods such as raw potatoes, beets, daikon, pumpkin, carrot, squash, cucumber, etc. Very easy and practically no load.
But for soft ones, such as bell pepper - so-so, did not like it.
I haven’t tried it on boiled vegetables and mushrooms.

The design feature of the chef press is that there is an effort from the top, which causes soft products to crumple. And the grill that squeezes out the food has a slightly curved shape. Because of this, the soft gets stuck. And then you have to clean it by hand (I used an orange stick, but still little pleasure).
In general, I will definitely not cut bell peppers and tomatoes on this thing.
The alligator rules.

The chef coped with the potatoes playfully. I didn't even have time to feel this process. She cut it entirely.
But on an alligator, cutting potatoes requires more physical effort, besides, the potatoes have to be cut. As a result, the sticks are short.
Beets and pumpkins go sooo hard in an alligator. I very rarely cook with these products for this very reason.

So the chef press is not bad, but for me personally it turned out to be highly specialized.

With a solid just flawlessly. But with an apple it just didn't work out. Am I doing something wrong?

Today I went to the "den" - that's what my husband calls Taper's office. I bought a small rice cooker for my son through the joint venture (my daughter is delighted with her, maybe her son will come in handy), and a yellow glass with a lid for my daughter (she has a love for yellow dishes).
himeraYA
but I have a question, please share my experience - there are cooling trays (450 ml) and aquacontrol for 2 with something. aquacontrol was taken for smoked / salted fish that periodically appear in the refrigerator - so as not to smell. everything is fine, there is no smell in the refrigerator, aquacontrol is now busy with herring. but then maaaaaaa small piece of dried fish was organized. hence the question - will the cooling trays replace aquacontrol and will they not let in the smell? the piece lives on the balcony for now ..... while the birds have not found it yet (the balcony is not glazed, I somehow got meat from a whole duck into a fist at -25 ... but that's another story)
Ekaterina2
himeraYA, my smoked fish regularly lies in cooling trays - they are square, it is more convenient in the refrigerator (my aquacontrols are only round). Everything is fine, there is no smell in the refrigerator.
notka_notka
Aunt BesyaElena, today I counted the pancakes -14 pieces. The pan is large. Flour was introduced in two stages, a total of 8 tbsp. I could have had a little less flour, I like very thin and delicate pancakes.
Anya, the chef-press cut the vinaigrette - boiled potatoes, carrots, beets. Cubes worked very well. I tried the pickled cucumber, I didn't like it - it crumples and is too large for a cucumber, I cut it with a knife. Does an alligator do well with pickles?
Although Maslenitsa is over, I'll throw my pancake here Photo of not today's pancake, but they were the same today

notka_notka, pickled cucumber, bell pepper no problem on the alligator. I only disliked with layered ham, chicken and very tough vegetables. Otherwise, it is excellent.
The lever-operated chef press is just right for hard vegetables.

I took a photo so that you can clearly see the design features.

At the chef press, the pusher (or as it is correct) does not go all the way, plus too large gaps. As a result, stuck food has to be pushed out with a stick, since there is no separate special cleaning.
Tough foods fly out easily.

The alligator has minimal gaps, because of this, there is practically no waste, and they are easy to clean.

The most became interested, next time I will take pictures of the result of work on the same products. And there will also be a test for champignons, this is a very capricious product. The alligator does a good job, I also liked the Kenwood cube cutter to work. But the Mulinex cube has hushed up most of the product.
susika
Anya, what did you want to get out of the apple with a grater?
Even if the garlic rubs finer than the garlic press crushes ... (favorite for garlic is now my youngest - she often makes dipy sauces)
I like to rub carrots with it, in the evenings one .. rubbed .. sweet .. juicy .. a drop of oil and immediately ate it.
The apple is soft ...
The grater is generally designed for Parmesan and eats for solid foods.
anna_k
Larissa, I didn’t use puree grated, but fine grated. The instructions say what is intended. Electric on a similar insert is rubbing.
Think you try the big one?

And I wanted to get the most banal carrot-apple salad
susika
anna_kI think I read it wrong .. are you talking about fusion? I'm talking about a grater with a handle. And for fusion, yes .. an apple on a large one.
anna_k
susika, thanks, I'll try! I was very upset

Ekaterina2, thanks, put the fish in the cooling tray, now let him live there - waiting for her husband with beer))))

Girls, well, all the same, to keep it warm as long as possible, what do you need to take a thermo serving plate or thermo tap? what is the optimal volume? and explain, please, does the dishes keep warm from the poured water and the top of the bowl (for example, with dumplings) or just because of a hot dish?

for example, pies, Irina. But I don’t know in time how much they hold?
I cooked cutlets at home and took them to the dacha. Or here are pies, dumplings
I don’t even know about colanders whether I need to throw away the cottage cheese, if only

how much do they keep?

I don’t know, I didn’t use it for this purpose.
They do not close tightly, they are not suitable for transportation.

And the colanders are there, it is necessary, not necessary, but they are)))

I put cutlets, for example, in UltraPro, while I fry a couple of pans, put warm ones on the table.
I do not drive, on the spot.

Maybe some of the girls will share their experience.

After 2 hours in the thermo-preserver pies with cabbage, well, very warm (not just barely). But it is not suitable for transportation because of the loose lid, unless you tie it with something.

thank you very much for such a "tasty" post) I almost choked on saliva at night looking presented warm pies with cabbage
NNov
: girl-yes: they were really tasty
In general, I love the thermoserver very much, I have 2 of them. One is for meat and fish, the other is cottage cheese-pies. The bread was also perfectly stored in it (before the purchase of the master toast), but there was an obvious shortage of a second thermoserver in the household)))
susika
My older children left, they each took a thermo-preservative, they cook buckwheat-pasta .. dumplings (they boiled for 5 minutes and poured into the TS - they finish cooking and do not need to stand by the pan - to save them .. When I wanted to, I ate.
Spaghetti is also cooked there, but you need to break it in half. Do not stick together .. no need to rinse ..
Shop cutlets, sausages, sausages will be put on top more ..
I cook potato pancakes (in small fusion tru) - I also put it there ..cottage cheese, pancakes (since I had to treat myself raw inside the guests ... that's really byaka ...)
Pancakes, too, I put them in four. Or stuffed pancakes.
Cutlets from the frying pan to the same place .. for this you need a sieve .. so that the excess oil absorbed drains.
Houses are also 2 vehicles, in summer both are always in use, in winter 1.

Does anyone have a magic mill? How does she rub? Only good for cheese? How about raw carrots?

I have, I only use it for cheese. But I was going to rub the chocolate. Rubs great!

Elena, so I'm all in thought, is it needed if there are 5 different graters at home ...

Take raw carrots ... red beets ..
good for chocolate ..
boiled eggs grate .. boiled potatoes (+ cheese is also possible) .. add garlic. mayonnaise-through a bag of condit on crackers, toast-potatoes go-for the mass, the taste is not felt. through this grater it turns out fluffy, for color, even boiled carrots can be added (or beets) .. Top with parsley, caviar ..
there is a container where you can keep grated cheese.

Girls, I recently registered, decided to participate in the discussions. I have a lot of everything Tupperware, including the Thermal duet from the old 3.5 liter collections. This is the same as now Thermotap, but without colorant inside. I constantly use it to keep food hot and warm - it keeps it warm for several hours. When the guests are generally superb, you don't need to run potatoes or heat the meat, this is especially valuable with lamb. Pies, cutlets, barbecue in the summer at the dacha does not cool for a long time. I pour a little boiling water into the outer bowl so that the dish warms up a little from below and does not cool down longer. Boiling water is poured into a thermoservice for cooking, and to preserve heat, it is also suitable, but less Thermotap. The DC told me so. As for the volume of the Thermotap, it depends on which family, 2.5 liters is not enough for me, our volumes are usually large.

I did not like it, the grater itself is good, but first you need to cut it into pieces (the loading compartment is small) if it is soft cheese, it smears it, the lemon does not rub at all, but disassemble and wash the whole process.
If you grate a bar of chocolate, then it's easier on an electric one, so for me, and a piece on a regular (manual)
Longina
I rub the cheese for baking and put it in the freezer, then as a find for pizza or casserole. In this case, the magic mill is very convenient and you can remove it right in the container, there is a lid.
olalukoya
If there is no electric one, then it will do on the magic one, but I rub a lot at once, and who knows the tapper, that one has a lot of containers, it's not a problem to put them in jars.

I like the grater. I use it for cheese, then store it in the same container. There is no problem for me to disassemble and wash, everything is simple there))). This grater was not originally intended for soft foods, therefore, naturally, it was not possible to grate the lemon)))

I looked, there is even a photo of yours. But the corolla is different there - the "petals" are not connected from below ..
I want exactly the same as in the picture above - solid
Katya1234
Svetlana62,
Svetlana, why is such a whisk so good?
Svetlana62
Kate, the multicooker does not scratch. The new one (where the "petals" are not connected) still have slightly sharp tips.I like to cook semolina porridge in a slow cooker, there in the process it is necessary to "loosen" the semolina a couple of times (it is put in cold milk). That whisk that I want is irreplaceable for this. After it, I bought various silicone, plastic ones - they bend, they raise and stir the semolina badly. This one is optimal.

Thanks to the forum, I found my "Wishlist". Thank you very much!

Reporting on pancakes in a large mixer. As promised))) Tips to split the liquid into 2 parts and lower the washer helped to get rid of clogging with flour, but did not get rid of lumps. Who will advise what? Well, for example, can anyone tell you exactly how much flour you need in grams for a large mixer? The suspicion that I shifted the flour by simply laying it on with spoons.
Zamorochka
I made according to technology and recipe Natasha notka_notka, she gave the description on page 704 of item 14067. I didn't have any lumps, excellent pancakes. The mixer must be shaken vigorously. She also applied flour with spoons without weighing.
