What is the meaning of aquics?

I have them for cereals, flour. There are times when you bring in a string of bugs and you will not immediately notice and they will multiply, you throw everything away.
And aquiks have very tight lids, so now there are no problems with bugs, there are none)
In small flat 500 ml aquikas, I sometimes store portions of fish / meat in the refrigerator, it's just very convenient in size.

Not everyone likes Aquiki, because the caps are tricky) you need to adjust, but people are lazy)

Irina, and compacts for cereals against bugs will not work? I also had such a problem before, I brought it with Ashanovsky groats. I aimed at compacts)

"New" will definitely fit, they close tightly.
At the expense of the usual I doubt it, it seems tight, but ... I have no confidence.

At the time when I took aquiki, we had no new products.
Elena17
Compactuses - my favorite - this is New (I bought it at different times, so the covers are of different colors, but it doesn't bother me).
I really like click-set.
Jug Charm, universals.
Ladle (large and small), puree press, scrapers.
Sieve for flour, mixing container.
Hit parades and milianas, of course. Aquiki!
Liter microkuk jug, small microplus (500 ml) and Klukovka set.
Cooling trays (how many of them I have - different volumes, but all are not enough ...)
Small turbo grinder and extrachef.

The list is huge.

I also remembered - all sorts of small containers (snack cups, mini-kneaders, gnomes, etc.), bottles.
SaraZ
I love the vertical peeler, although I used to be skeptical about the vertical one. Now without - as without hands, I don't even want to try others.
Irinabr
Well, I can't get past such a question
I always use:
1. Mechanical sieve. We only eat homemade bread, so I always use it. And it goes with many products, so the flour doesn't get dusty when you sift it.
2. Mixer large 750 ml. Pancakes at a time to eat only in it. Incredibly convenient and fast. And it is convenient to pour into a frying pan from it. It takes time to adjust, but then the pleasure of making pancakes. For Shrovetide, perhaps, it will be too small, but for everyday use just right. And beat the omelets in it well.
3. Master toast. For me, the essential thing. The bread can be stored for 2 weeks in the refrigerator, we always toast it in the toaster, like fresh. Greens are perfectly stored in it, and a lot of other fruits and vegetables.
4. Silicone scrapers large and small. Always on the go, for everything.
5. Thermal preservative. Cottage cheese from frozen kefir, yoghurts, fruit drinks are excellent. I bought it for an apartment, and out of town, and made a stash for my daughter. Of course, you can do without it, but it's very convenient!
6. Cooling trays - in the freezer, and in the refrigerator, and take with you.
7. Smart refrigerators - I can't say that I use everything at the same time, but one of them is constantly used. And this is in addition to the vacuum Zepter ones, which I love very much, but cumbersome.
8. Compactuses New. There is always order on the shelves, and bugs in individual apartments live and communal showdowns are not satisfied.

This, of course, is not a complete list, but only that in a double copy - both at home and in the country - because without this it is already uncomfortable

NNov, about pancakes in a big mixer here several times wrote.

I found 2 recipes:

1. Pour the liquids up to 500 ml, sift the flour on top - until the edge of the glass expands, add salt and sugar about 0.5 tsp each. (to taste), place the disc with the bulge up, then the ring, the lid and shake it several times. Remove the lid, break the egg (if small, you can do 2), close and shake again. Open up and add vegetable oil (not very much). All. We bake.

2.300 ml of milk, 6 tbsp. l. flour, 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, butter

And I'm not sure that bugs will not crawl into the compacts.
I don't see them now, mmm, but earlier, as far as I remember, they were found in the most unexpected containers. even with tight lids.

I found 2 recipes:
Specifically, according to the first recipe, my washer is clogged with flour, and the second recipe is too small for a large mixer, it can be made less in a mixer
Mashunya
Girls, I make pancakes in a shaker for 600 ml. 400 ml of milk + 9 tablespoons of flour with a small slice. Beat. + 2 eggs. Beat + 2 tablespoons of oil. Salt. It seems that they always turn out to be normal. There are also 2 eggs for 500 ml of milk, but then there are 12 tablespoons of flour without a slide. The eggs are at the end when the flour has already been mixed with milk.
NNov
The shaker is smaller and my pancakes are great))) And I wanted a recipe for a large mixer. I specially bought it so that more blinks could be diluted at a time. But I just can't make friends with him. The puck clogs up and I can't get rid of the lumps.
Elena17
With the first recipe, everything worked out fine for me. Just for our family - very few pancakes are obtained. I am bringing in at least a liter of milk.

Flour on top? Washer in which direction? How are you shaking?
notka_notka
About pancakes ...
First, pour warm milk (or whoever likes to use that) half of the shaker, drive in a couple of eggs, salt, sugar - close and shake vigorously. Then we unscrew it, add 6-7 tbsp of flour, spin it again and shake it vigorously. Then add rast oil (1-2 tbsp) - shake. And then we bring it to the desired consistency with milk or water (I often pour boiling water at the last stage), again shake it. Here, for sure, there will be no lumps and sticking. Tested a hundred times
There are many recipes, but consistency is important here.

Washer, concave side down
Mashunya
Taste the washer, piping up, mix all the flour with half the milk, milk first, then the flour and then the remaining milk. Eggs and butter at the very end. Shake vertically.
notka_notka
Mashunya, and the point of adding eggs at the end? If they diverge perfectly in milk
The pipkoy upwards does not whip well and sticks just. After that, there are negative reviews about the big shaker. The dough turns out perfect, the jelly is super! What else do you need from this uncomplicated vessel?
NNov
Mashunya, thanks a lot, I'll try.
1. Dividing milk into 2 parts is a great idea, how did you not come to mind? )))
notka_notka, I will try your recipe too, only doubts about shaking immediately after laying the flour, but according to your recipe, the washer may not be hammered down))) I'll definitely try it once)
notka_notka
NNov, do not understand what are the doubts? And how else to break flour, if not shaking ??? Maybe I wrote somewhere incomprehensibly? I understand it myself ... Tell me, I'll fix it then))))

When the flour is not covered with liquid (such as milk, eggs, vegetable oil, well, it doesn't matter what) my washer just clogs and lumps turn out. But I piped up. So I'll try your version, even with my doubts)))
notka_notka
NNov, when I pour flour, I take off the washer, it bothers me, then I put it on. Flour should be under the washer, do not stick out with a hat on top. I have only 6 spoons, not 9 ... And I shake very intensely. If suddenly a little unmixed flour remains on the rim, I do not pay attention to it - I rinse it with water and that's it. I let the dough stand for about 20 minutes, then I bake it. If the pancakes turn out to be thick, I pour them over with boiling water.
NNov
notka_notka, I'll try)

And my first place is the "Kukushonok" pressure cooker. And I constantly use the flat, low container of the cooling tray from the Rainbow set for storing greens. Even completely faded bunches in this miracle container are filled with juice in an hour and stand with a stake))) These things are for every day. A rice cooker every other day.
For kneading and straining the dough, I use a 4.5-liter Illumina bowl (since I don't have a single millian). I store pancakes in flat Illumina.
I use the meat grinder very often, but I only twist chicken, turkey or lean meat without veins in it. With this she does an excellent job.
I use Aquiki for transportation. Silicone scrapers are both in the grip.
I immediately transfer cooked pancakes and cutlets to the chef's thermoserver.
A thermo mug with coffee and tea every day with you, or at home on a table, at hand.
I just love the bottles! I constantly carry a liter bottle with me for training, from it I provide myself and the dog with clean water)))
For myself I take a bottle of 700 or 500 ml (water, compote, fruit drink)
I transfer cooked cereals, cereals, leftovers from food to Malipuski hits 300 ml.
A jug Microplus for melting chocolate, and in it I cook coconut with condensed milk in a micron. Accordingly, the T-bar is also used)
I have cooling trays for storing and freezing berries, minced meat, homemade ice cream, and I also pour and store jellied meat and jelly in them. I really like to use for this from the rainbow set. Jelly and jellied meat turn out to be such superb turrets.
I chop nuts with a nutcracker - no flying debris.
I will also add that my jug is always charming with clean water, or I make compotes and fruit drinks in it. And the mugs are charm, since I take them with me to nature with lids. They carried hot broth or liquid soup for a sick person, just a portion at a time and nothing leaked during transportation.
In small containers from the rainbow set, I now have dried mint and oregano collected in the mountains and in my refrigerator. I add to tea.
Seiyas still went into the kitchen, looked, and on the table was my beloved sugar bowl with a dispenser from the serving collection, I also take it with me on vacation in nature.
And station wagons - 2 liters and 1 liter. In a liter I brew herbs, I strain through a complete sieve, in a large one I took cold fruit drink with me. transported vertically. But I'm thinking about a 2 liter Tupper bottle, they are on sale.

Too much, I have noticed to myself that passing by through the office in our city, I could not resist not to register with the company in my DR. Of course there is no logic, but let it be a good sign
I got mostly selling positions. I grabbed OL 6L, it fits so perfectly into my drawer in the freezer. But having safely placed it in the freezer, I wondered why I would put so much dumplings in it to freeze dumplings in mountains, if only, yes dumplings. Fortunately, Sunny Trio, I also snatched
I also took a 4.5 liter milian. Also probably not the most running position, but today I have already used it. Tell me, who has OL6l and milian 4.5 do you use? What do you store in such a volume?
Compactus "Novinka" took two volumes for testing. How good they are! I will slowly change my mongrels, bugs transmitting containers
Well, in general, keep me seven, what is called

You can freeze berries in season, dumplings, of course.
But! It is not necessary to fill it with one thing. You can put different products in the same bags and take them out when needed.
The most important thing in these containers is that they do not let the smell of the freezer pass.
If you don't need it in the freezer, you can just store something, flour, cereals, sugar in bags. Yes, anything, even children's toys)))

OX are cooling trays, they are for the freezer initially. Of course, it can also be used to store greenery or something else, as I wrote above.
At 1.8 liters, this is UX, probably. Ears are intended for storage in the withers.

TP products are universal, of course, but you need to know that OX and UX are not suitable for hot dishes, for example.
Svetlana, Happy Birthday!

Girls, and big ears - a necessary purchase or not? I'm a novice tapperaholic, I don't have them yet - neither small nor large. Is it worth buying ukhi for 4, 6 liters? Or is it pampering? I think such sizes are probably in demand during the harvesting period, when there are a lot of fruits and vegetables, and you don't want them to disappear. What are the most popular ear sizes?
SaraZ
It seems to me that a lot depends on the refrigerator and the purpose of use. I fell in love with the smallest ears, but I have no others yet. I plan to purchase high by 1.8 for carrots and fruits. Well, maybe one low by 0.8 for greenery. But for meat and fish I don't understand Ears. Closed all the valves on the usual ear - and here's to you for fish and meat. Some of the biggest friends took instead of boxes for vegetables and fruits, but we are planning a good refrigerator in the new apartment, and therefore I will not even play with it.

And to give hotzza newbies some advice: immediately your eyes sparkle, your hands itch and you want to buy everything at once (she's like that). But! The main thing here is not to lose the mind, it is better to make a list. Believe me, there is enough to collect for everyone for a year. Everything, of course, depends on the fin. opportunities, but everything is very difficult to buy at once. At first, my husband criticized everything - oooh, a piece of plastic, you can buy the same at the bazaar. Vegetable cutter? I saw this one in the store for 3 cu. e. (I translate, since I live in Odessa, and therefore the currency is different). I told him: well, try to clean something with my favorite vegetable peeler. A year later, he got around to her. Yeah, class. The canning key is the same. But often I don’t tell him how much it costs, because he won’t understand.

Alyona, best of all, berries (high by 1.8 liters), peeled garlic (375 ml) are stored in my ears.
I also love UX for fish / meat low 1.8 l.
Leafy greens, lettuce lies well in a 1.8 l high.
Good for greens, but fresh, good greens, in principle, keep well in any TP bowl.
Carrots keep well even in a simple bag.

There is a big UH (I don't remember how many liters). I did not store anything in the refrigerator, there is nowhere to put it.
It just contained something from the purchased, apples, Bulgarian pepper, for example. He stood on the floor.
It is quite possible to do without it, I think.

Especially I took exactly the one for meat / fish.

Irina, I agree, so what is super for one may not be useful to another at all. It all depends on the hostess herself. For example, I don't bake too much, so I won't buy a rolling pin and a substrate, but I bought a mixing container, because we love the bizet and the monastery hut. So what about the taste and color, as they say.
Alena Besha
RepeShock, Thank you! Eh, I would walk around at home with a large size - there the refrigerator allows, and still a private house - fruits, berries, vegetables). And here a small "Atlant" with a small freezer roams with us, you can't cram much into it ... Ooooh, this is lyuboffff!
I've already hooked my mother on them))))

At 1.1 liters, I have a twisted berry.
450 ml, chicken cut into pilaf, for example. Or a salmon steak.
At 2 liters high, the hawthorn is fresh.
250 ml, butter, dry starter culture.
Very comfortable for 1 liter or more, low: for meat, fish.
And more than 2 liters for meat / fish, dumplings / dumplings.
Very small, 80 ml for tomato paste, red caviar, fresh yeast. In the summer, I freeze yogurt with berries in them in portions. Very convenient, took out a portion and ate)

You also need to select and watch for yourself which ones are better to use.
So, it seems to me, you can safely take a set of OL from the catalog, and then look at which ones to buy.

I recently bought it for 9 cu. i.e. a corkscrew and for 18 cu e. can opener. The main thing is to be patient and wait for a good offer.

Speaking of milianas, I have 0.6 liters, 2.75 and 4-something.
