In a milian, 5 kg of cucumbers fit in 10 liters. First, I soak them clean without ass for 8 hours. Then everything is like in a bottle: dill, horseradish, cherry leaves, peppercorns, bay leaves, garlic. I put cucumbers and pour hot brine of 60-70 degrees. For 6 liters of salt water, I pour 10 tablespoons with a small slide. I cover with a lid, release the air and leave it for a day. The air conditioner is working. Then I transfer it to aquacontrol for 2 liters or in a record cut for 6.5 liters, pour the same brine into the refrigerator. The longer they stand, the more salted.
