Who hayal the dumplings there?
Yesterday I started doing at 11 pm (when normal people are already asleep) ... but I like such * long-playing * cooking, when no one gets confused under my feet .. a million questions are not asked per minute ... I am not distracted.
I had 2 cool trays for 3 liters - a layer of dumplings-50 pieces-went into the freezer .. into the second layer of dumplings .. into the freezer.
While I was making a trail of rolling-40 pieces, I pulled out the first tray-cling film and on it another layer of dumplings 50 pieces .. With the second tray it's the same way .. I wouldn't have done so much manually. If I hadn't been distracted by chatting online, I would have done it much faster
And the size is good, like mine. You can boil and fry and deep-fry it. (The elder sometimes does)

Eh, what are you doing to me))))) I want a dumplings again!
And I would have a recipe for dumplings😉
susika
Light, but very simple, I take 2 eggs + water + salt + grows 3-4 tbsp oil (for elasticity). Flour to make the dough dough.
Cover the gingerbread man with a bowl .. Make minced meat. mince-salt-pepper-onion-garlic.
The dough has become soft, elastic .. Easy to roll out. Not torn. I immediately roll out a large layer-one onto the minced meat form with a dessert fork and cover with the other half of the dough. Passing with a rolling pin. They fly out very well. Cut dough into a ball and under a bowl. In the process, we add more lumps. Finally, we roll it out too.
I used the leftovers of the dough * ducks * to wind up - they loved to boil it in childhood and with sour cream or just with butter.

Larissa. what did they immediately find fault with? I have Soviet rubbish, why do I need a tapper for a thousand and a half? I like it too. probably the same effect
susika
Zannetochka, Zhanna, the girls already know my principle of cooking - simplicity ..
nothing fancy.
there are still a lot of useful things in TV. But for this we live, to please ourselves with the necessary and beautiful things ... As for the expensive, we buy a fur coat, we grumble about what is expensive, but we buy (this is figurative), after a while we are tired of it, we want a new one ...
And we need to cook (whether we like it or not) every day - we each have different needs (families and lifestyle are different for everyone)
It is many times more pleasant to cook with good products. and when in the refrigerator are stacked in containers - vegetables separately. fruits separately .. The food is all in its place-butter-cheese-ham-you open the refrigerator and the eye is happy every time ..
and if the neighbor saw this beauty
I sometimes go to fairs with a demo-girlfriends walk (regardless of age, 30-40-60-70 years old) -appropriate, talk to each other and start to boast to each other, but I have this .. and this .. and this .. .. the second one picks up ..
Men come up mostly only to ask the price .. probably at home the wife will sound half the amount
I bought my first products 17 years ago .. maximilian 7.5l-shaker 500ml-rolling pin-backing-my husband also did not know how much it costs.
It seemed to me very expensive then. But I still use it ..
mowgli
This, yes, I also have old products, and all the time I am drawn to buy something, but now everything is so bright!
susika
mowgli, Natasha, well, I was joking, that was hayal .. we know, that there can be no definite answer, we are all different. I like it, the other does not .. we eat all the same all differently. It's so good to have a choice
Zamorochka
Girls, and who uses the Wizard, is it convenient? Every time I make bagels, I remember about its existence))
LanaG
Galina, convenient) As a token, I didn’t understand why I needed it, couldn’t I cut the circle into pieces. But it turned out to be a very handy thing
Crochet
Girls, is there any secret for closing the SC bowls?

It’s a little bit tight for me on them the caps are closed ... and they open too ...

Or is it all like that?
susika
Zamorochka, Galina. if I say that I love, no one will believe .. But I love. I often use it.
LanaG
Inna, from one point with two hands towards each other, closes in a circle. Open - press on the entrance on the lid and hook the edge. The principle is similar to charm

If you often make bagels, then you can, but I bought it, did it once and lay there - my hands don't reach ..
And so, comfortable, of course. I like the spoon there.

Larissa, again you are dissembling, I take everything based on your recommendations
Zannetochka
Larissa, well, they just reassured me, otherwise I ordered so much and my conscience torments me a little))), and here I sit and choose something else)
Zamorochka
I often make bagels, and every time I swear, cutting into sectors))),
and in the Kudesnitsa, after all, the sizes, in my opinion, are different on both sides?
LanaG
Galina, yes, different

mowgliNatasha, but I like that! I use. with both sausages and minicotlets (+ pickled cucumber circle)

it seems that the dumpling maker can not be taken. Miracle scrapers, I adore the bread bin. Like everything!

For 80 rubles in Auchan, the Idea dumpling maker will be no worse, the plastic is of high quality and convenient in itself - I recommend it, another very good option is a heavy iron dumplings from the times of the USSR. Tapper's dumplings have their advantages, it comes with a portioned spoon for the filling, you can buy a cooling tray for it, which is specially designed for dumplings - it was convenient to make dumplings, shake it out into the tray, and freeze it. Conclusion, if you have money, take Tupper's, no Ashan's (again, the quality is not worse than the trapper), but personally I like the Soviet one.

It’s a pity that you don’t draw up your recipes, but they dissolve in the vastness of HP. Write that you are making a couple of recipes with the Magician. And then on vacation I sit back
notka_notka
If you do not cook and do not use products (Kudesnitsa, Pelmennitsa ...), then you can stack up such a bunch of unnecessary things in the house. I really really really like these taper adaptations, I use them regularly. And also a triple super dumpling dish !!! A mechanical sieve alone is not enough on the farm. I have two - and that is not enough ... In one there is general-purpose flour, in the other - rye, and for the highest grade I use a metal one - it's inconvenient for me, since there is a plate under it and another is covered from above. I don't sprinkle flour, it should always be at hand - add it to HP, dust the substrate, thicken the sauce .. and so on
Innochka, in the UK the covers are a little tight at first, then everything will be fine and you will get used to it. This is my favorite collection, but I don't like the charm of the lid - they are not developed in any way and this tableware is less in demand from me. Well, all the same, I will not part with a single bowl, everything in the household will fit.
Girls, how convenient is a silicone baking sheet for baking sponge cake on rolls? I want myself this ... Want?
Zannetochka
All right, I'm running to order a sieve)))
susika
I also have 2 sieves. One is always simple flour. Clean.
In the second, the mixture is either rye with wheat, or for biscuits or jellied, I make flour-starch, baking powder, soda, cocoa (not soluble) .. powdered sugar.

Girls who have a meat grinder have long dreamed of it and now I have it a week ago. When I received it, I just put it together and twisted it in my hands without food - it would hold it together, I thought that when I attached it to the table and twisted it, there would be no such sound. And today I finally tested it, twisted tomatoes on tomato puree, but for some reason there was a very strong grinding in the handle. It seems to have collected everything correctly, well, the sound is not pleasant. I was very upset. Can I lubricate it with something?
notka_notka
Olgushechka81, I also creak, I no longer pay attention to it.
Zamorochka
I also creak if I tighten the handle tightly
Katya1234
Olgushechka81,
Olga, congratulations on your purchase! I also have a meat grinder now)). Long did not want to buy it, but still decided.
I solved the squeak problem as follows: I loosened (slightly) the ring that fixes the grill. Now the meat grinder also works well, but does not creak)).
I was annoyed by something else today. Twisted turkey breast fillets. And there were films that were screwed onto the grill and screw. Three times I disassembled and pulled out the films while spinning 1.3 kg of meat. The bow twisted without any problem!
Olgushechka81
Thank you all for responding, I already thought that I had one such problem. Tomorrow I'll try on meat, maybe it won't creak.

Good evening, the girls asked such a question and I'm sure I will find the answer here in the topic it so happened that I do not bake waffles, I know that it’s a big omission, but I used to bake them, and then there was a move and the waffle iron, still Soviet, disappeared somewhere without a trace so inhabited on this site not so long ago, and after reading a large number of posts about the tastes of different waffles and naturally having seen enough of the photo recipes of handy girls, I decided that this situation should be corrected, so this is what worries me: to buy an electric waffle iron waffles) or a silicone mold for waffles of our favorite taper? and another question: waffles are tastier baked in the oven or in a waffle iron or there is no difference, I just read somewhere that waffles are tastier to bake in the oven, so they supposedly turn out tastier: girl_love: thank you girls in advance for the answer
LanaG
Elya, I have silicone, I bake in the oven.
But I like electric ones more, taste from childhood, or maybe I didn't find "the same" recipe

Thank you Tatyana)))) I also thought about her, but still, I’ll probably get an electric waffle iron with different panels))) now we sit with my son, choose, now he asks, wants to try the oven himself, especially the pop cake
anna_k
I'm so happy now - I put the ice cream in the freezer again. This time cream 10% + grated raspberries with sugar, yummy !!!
Made in a 600 ml turbo mix, very fast and easy
In general, I bought a turbo mix only because of the color (I suddenly found a turquoise in the warehouse, and I just had a 300 ml turbo, it turned out to be a gorgeous set).
And now I also know what to use it for))))

And the extra chef did a good job today too. The child slept during the day, and it was impatient to make squash caviar. As a result, I quickly and very quietly chopped everything up in an extra chef and threw it into a cuckoo. The caviar turned out to be gorgeous!

to buy an electric waffle iron (more worried about soft waffles) or a silicone mold for waffles of our favorite taper?

I don't have a Tupper dish for waffles and, of course, I have nothing against it, and I'm even sure that the waffles made from it are delicious. But..
Still, I think that electric is more convenient, especially in summer, in the heat. And faster, of course. And you can buy with different panels.
susika
For me, cooking in the oven is more convenient. I poured it according to the forms, post it. started the timer and do other things.I put 2 forms at once, this is 16 pieces. I sprinkle grated chocolate on a part, chopped nuts on a part. coconut flakes, any berries, blueberries. raspberry. Strawberry. currants ... this way you can make 2 pieces with different tastes.
Grated apples can be added to part of the dough. bananas, carrots ..
Well, mine also love snack bars - with grated cheese + chopped sausage or sausages. With sun-dried tomatoes and cheese ..
mashed potatoes and grated cheese .. now you can still grated zucchini.
a lot of options ..
crunchy (in electric) make children - if they want - I don't have time to stand for an hour and bake. And if you still speak in the heat ...

susika, RepeShock, Thank you girls for the advice, I have a gas oven and when baking it is really hot ((((but plus, of course, there is something right away and quickly, and in an e-waffle iron for a long time, but not so hot, I got confused now and I don't know which

anna_kYesterday I also experimented with a large mixer))) I made spicy pancakes with a banana, then I smeared each one with sour cream and rolled it into a tube and did not even have time to take a picture, my boys ate everything, it turned out delicious) I did it according to the recommendations of the girls, since there were also lumps in test when using this gadget (((and yesterday the masterpiece pancakes turned out straight without unnecessary beating and hassle, so cool

Ale, in general, electric and silicone are completely different.
Why break your head, take an electric one. Will be at a good price silicone - take them.
What will the girls say, how gas and silicone are friends .. I am a complete layman in this, I have never used it.

and in email waffle iron long

Well, I don’t know .... I’m not long.
The oven also needs to be preheated first, pour the waffles, somehow find out that they are ready ...
No, electric, it seems to me, is more convenient and faster.

In general, in order to understand what suits you, you need to compare yourself

The season of cucumbers is coming .. for pickling we collect the same fingers ... They often grow very quickly.
UH to help. I collect fingers, well, up to 10 cm long .. unwashed in the UH (shaking off the earth, of course). So a few days ... There are handsome guys from the tin ... waiting for their party in the banks.

Silicone and a gas stove are friends, no one, in my opinion, argued. The question is about the taste of the waffles, but here, the taste and color

Hello.
Girls, I can't find reviews for Tuperware stainless steel products (pots, pans, ladles). Interested in pots Prestige 2.5 and 3.5 from the existing joint venture. Are the saucepans worth the money? Visually, I really like it. And the volumes are suitable. But, here's the price of course
LanaG

I have the largest 7.6 liters (although they are 11 liters and 19 liters
Cook jam (especially those. Which * spit-apple, plum) -beauty ..sits to itself gurgles .. does not burn .. does not * spit *, my apples love thick and dark jam.
Vegetable caviar is also good to cook. Also does not burn, does not * spit *. And so stuffed cabbage. stuffed peppers .. stuffed potatoes.
The soups in it are rarely too big for us - we eat very little soups, I cook only when my husband is at home.
And so the soup can be turned off halfway through, the bottom accumulates heat and holds for a long time.

Larissa, are you all about the series from Chief "Ideal"? Or is there just from the Chief? I'm confused. If you look for such pots, then I want to understand exactly how they should be called, so as not to miscalculate. And then you look like everything is beautiful, in the description the steel is the same, but there are a lot of nuances. Pay that kind of money, and then disappointment. Now I am very sorry that I never bought any of these pots and knives. As I understand it, now the products are of inferior quality. Although, maybe this is only for the Russian market. I especially regret that I did not buy large pots for the blanks. And the pots of the Mirage series, just for soups, not for cooking jam and caviar, how do you like it?
