Completely confused in choosing a stove.
Many questions in my head. I would be grateful if experienced people tell me:

1. Scatter of power of stoves from 500 to 1000 W. Which one is better to take?

2. How to define a programmable oven or not?

3. How to determine if the stove has convection or not? (which models have convection)

4. Is it possible to make pies with filling inside in some models?
Thanks in advance for your help!!!

1. Scatter of power of stoves from 500 to 1000 W. Which one is better to take?
500 watts is enough to bake a medium sized loaf. More power is needed to properly bake a loaf of up to one and a half kg. In HP with a lower power IMHO, the maximum achievable temperature is insufficient for baking muffins. I tried several times in my Kenwood - they are not baked there, but dry.

2. How to define a programmable oven or not?
Usually this is explicitly indicated in the description, but there are one or two such HPs. Offhand - Kenwood 450 and some kind of DeLongy, I don't remember exactly.

3. How to determine if the stove has convection or not? (which models have convection)
Also clearly indicated in the description. If you look inside the HP, then in the "combustion chamber" there is a grate on the side, behind which the fan is visible. I don't know how much convection is needed in the HP, but all the recipes from the site will have to be adapted (more water needs to be poured for 10-20 ml). Definitely there in Kenwood 350

4. Is it possible to make pies with filling inside in some models?
The "Baking" mode is available in the overwhelming majority of HP. It doesn't matter what to bake there. I remember there was a topic, like "a bread machine not for bread" ... People cooked potatoes in it ...

Thank you very much for your reply!

Tell me, how is "charlotte"?
Honestly, I haven't tried it, I only did Delicious Easter cake from Elena Bo, it worked fine

I baked charlotte in my oven ... when I tried and indulged myself .... delicious, but for me it is not enough and is foolish. Easier in an oven shaped ...

Can anyone say something about such a stove?
It attracts the design and does not seem to be deprived in functions ...

And another one that interested me - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ew&id=140&Itemid=99999999

What can you recommend about these stoves?

I made my own decision and chose the Binaton-2068 stove,

In terms of functions, it practically corresponds to Kenwood-450 (except for baguettes and convection).

The design is very similar - also on top of glass-ceramic, the sides are metal. That is, the design is very even.

Bakes great !!! Everything works the first time.

There is only one question - she buzzes (when stirring) so that when baking is delayed at night you can hear it from the kitchen (adjacent rooms, the door to the kitchen closes). That is, a little noisy. I have nothing to compare with, so this is the first stove.

I wonder how other stoves make noise?
