Mushroom stew with celery

Ingredients

Mushrooms 1200 BC
Celery root 1 medium
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Garlic 3-5 cloves
Parsley 7-8 branches
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Such a stew can be made from any mushrooms, I took honey mushrooms, champignons and oyster mushrooms. Peel the mushrooms, cut. Peel the celery root, cut into small slices. Chop the onion. Pour oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and fry the onion until soft, add celery and sauté for 15 minutes. Add all the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the contents of the pan with flour and salt, stir for 5 minutes without removing from the heat. Then add 2/3 cup of boiling water and stir until the liquid thickens so that no lumps form. Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the stew with chopped garlic and parsley, stir, remove from heat and let it brew for 10 minutes, covered.
