Thank you all very much for your advice. I'll try to get a syringe.
Olga, don't be angry. I started reading from the end. Until I read part 3 of Kenwood and from the end I reached 400 pages of part 2. The stroke has not yet reached the nozzles. I apologize to you.

At the numerous requests of workers, she opened a separate topic

"Recipes using the Kenwood Kitchen Machine"

Make out recipes and make links to them in this separate topic.
Also, if you see recipes using KM Kenwood somewhere on the forum, do not consider it a work - also give the appropriate link to the new topic.
Miranda
Olga VB, I have a technical question.

Recipes with KM should be step by step - such and such a speed, such and such a nozzle? Or not necessarily, but just a collection of everything that is possible in the car, somewhere in detail, but somewhere not?

I looked through the recipes and not every one has a "nozzle-mode".
Or is it permissible for the previously laid out, and from this moment it is better to indicate? Or how?

UPD in the next topic saw the answer. The question is cleared.
Olga VB
Miranda, thanks for the question!
Of course, it would be very convenient for everyone if the authors of the recipes always indicated the modes, nozzles, speeds, time, temperatures and other details. Therefore, I ask everyone to try to do it.
But there are already many good recipes that do not have all the details, what can you do!
Therefore, I ask everyone, if you embody some recipe (yours or not) with the help of our Kesha, do not take it for work - give this recipe / adaptation a link.
And if you find such a recipe or its adaptation for Kesha (not even your own) - also report.
If you do not know how to do this, throw it in a personal.
Miranda
Olga VB, OK, thanks.
Users are different, of course. Someone easily adapts any recipe, improvising, someone needs to expand it step by step, and someone just needs a collection for inspiration.

I do not know if it is worth laying out simple recipes, for example, from the few that I published, oopsie bread - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=466247.0

There Kesha's work is to beat the whites well and beat the yolks with the cottage cheese well. That is, the most basic thing that you can think of for Kesha. But the recipe itself is a novelty for many.

And now it is not clear whether such simple basic actions, such as whipping with a whisk, are worth it, what can be done with a mixer, spread in the subject. Or you should focus on an interesting and not complicated recipe.

But in the future, when I write recipes, I will indicate the nozzle, mode, time.

***
Also, as a suggestion, since the topic will be with recipes not only for induction, then it may be worthwhile to write at the top before the link with the title-picture - INDUCTION or WITH THE USE OF INDUCTION (just induction is shorter). And you can even highlight it in bold so that it immediately catches the eye. Since this is not always indicated in the name. For example, in recipes for cheese or Black Forest cake, it is not clear from the name that heating plays a role there.

Then a person leafing through the topic (and it will grow over time) in search of an interesting recipe will immediately see - this is heated, and this is any Ken.

Miranda, wow "little work", very much not even a little .... And the recipe is wonderful, thanks for it. I think where only Kenwood lit up - everything needs to be laid out.

Girls, does anyone have a small Chef at 4.7 and an ice cream maker for him? I would be grateful if the owner could measure the height of this plastic ice cream bowl from the table level. Here is the main bowl 17 cm. And the ice cream?
kseniya D
Flax, in general, they should be identical. Large ones of the same height, when I was small, I did not notice the difference.
Bijou
kseniya D, Oh thanks! The fact is that they bought me an ice cream maker on Avito in Moscow. In general, a person does not know what it is and what it should be, they just believed the seller, which is from a petty Chief. Soon, the daughter is going there, so if it's exactly mine, then you can throw the packaging and the cup into the backpack. And if not, you will have to check in your luggage and then sell on at home.)
kseniya D
Len, what is your Chef?
Bijou
050
kseniya D
This I mean, that would not slip from the Senses. Now I do not understand what fits what and what does not. An ice cream maker wouldn't go up to 570 from Sens, that's for sure.
Bijou
No, there is exactly this series indicated on the box. But the Major is written through a fraction.)
Belka13
Girls, can anyone look at the cube lid? I had a shaft, bushing and washer separately. At what moment they unscrewed, I did not understand. And now I don’t understand what to what and how.
LisaNeAlisa
Olga, everything is drawn on the box. Or is there no box?

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
Belka13
Anita, a nut may have fallen out of the lid. Therefore, the sleeve does not hold. And I know how to connect everything else with each other.
LisaNeAlisa
Olga, Ah, got it. In my analysis it is not clear what and where there is further attached.
Belka13
I'm afraid I've lost something. How to use the cube now is not clear
LisaNeAlisa
Olga, and can a photo of what has disappeared from what?

The service should be contacted if it is not clear what and how is interfaced there. I don't want to disassemble my own, you never know it is not collapsible. And without this, it is not clear from the picture how they are generally attached: is there a thread or how else. By the way, where is the gear shaft?
LisaNeAlisa
Girls, did anyone try to use a small bowl on a large cache?
Olga VB
Brothers, with the assembly-disassembly of Kesha, please, move to the topic "KM Kenwood", and with circumstantial reasoning - into the chatters.
Good luck!

Girls who have a mixing attachment AT512, please tell us how is it?
She is primarily interested in making biscuit dough: at the moment when you need to add flour and gently stir by hand so that the dough does not settle. Will this attachment cope or is it better by hand?
Twig
Air, here they call her a souffle. Mix the flour neatly, but add a spoonful. Previously, I could do without it calmly, but it happened that the flour mixed unevenly and at the bottom a mass with lumps of flour collected. Soufleika, due to the fact that you add flour on a spoon, has time to mix everything. She works very delicately.
I have it recently, so it has only been tested on biscuits and charlottes.
I recently laughed, in correspondence with a member of the forum we discussed baking, she says that she was in a hurry, beat the eggs, mixed flour with a spoon, and then remembered that she had a soufflake.
That is, if it is, it's good, but you can live without it
Air
Twig, thanks for the answer.
I tried it after adding flour: with a whisk, and flexi - and so and so the dough falls off. We have to manually mix, but I would like to completely entrust this matter to Kenwood.

and I added all the flour at once, then changed the nozzle to a soufflake and normally then everything intervened and rose.

if you bake a lot of biscuits, then a soufflake from the must have series.

I didn't get confused when I added everything, but the spoon is excellent, and I try to pour it directly onto the blade, so that it would immediately pick up.
Air
kseniya D, if it does not mix, it is not so bad.It is much worse if the dough settles during the mixing process.
Peter Push
Bijou, here's another video , you just need to find out if the geometry of the bowl matches, if yes, then the nozzle number.
Miranda
Peter Push, How interesting.

There are links to ebay in the video.
I walked around the seller, and, as far as I understood, these are not Kenwood hooks, but made for them. He sells hooks for Kenwoods, Kitchenades and some other mixers, I don't know them. It can be seen that one hand / machine was doing.

And the seller has two options - in German name and description and price in euros, and in English name / description and price in dollars.

For Kenwood, there are two versions of his spiral hook - for a small bowl and for a large one. The hooks are like the new Titaniums, without the scapula. But judging by the video, they mix well.

The description says so:
JP3 - for Kenwood Chef, kMix, A701A, A703, KM336, A901, A901P
JP4 - for Titanium Major, Cooking Chef, Premier Major.

But JP4 is not sure what is relevant, since you can buy a hook from induction for a 6-liter bowl. It seems to be not a strong difference in price.

Links under the spoiler.
I don't know if it is possible to buy them somewhere else, except for ebay. Seller from the Netherlands.

Miranda, I looked, I wonder 2 questions how it is attached to the car, we have a pin with a cross section on top, this does not. And what is it made of, will it suddenly oxidize?

Mirandamost likely it is. Have you noticed - in this video there is a hook with a pin like our attachments? That would be from the new Titanium approached the Chefs.
Miranda
Ketsal, I do not know
You need to write to the seller, or to your aunt on YouTube, who is kneading them.

Peter Push, so I don’t understand whether he sells with a pin or if I need to get this pin somewhere (someone came across souffleks with two pins, but I don’t know, in those that they bought in Germany, or in those that we also sell two there is a pin)

In the photo of the hook, one of the photos is this, there is a round pin.

Ketsal, review carefully and hooks with different attachments. I think either aluminum alloy or steel.

We need to try it on in the store.
If I see, I will ask, they will suddenly give.

Or wait for the owners.
Since a soufflake for new products is suitable, then the new ones should have a design for a hexagonal pin and a round one, but whether it is possible from new to old is a big question. I doubt something

I have inflections from the ebay, and the soufflake is local and both with spare pins.

Miranda, I think that the pin is included, because there are no grooves on the hook itself (where the pin is attached), there is a groove in the first video, such attachments are attached to the Clathronic, but in the video about KMіx there is already a pin, as far as I understand, they are for chefs Kenwoods, 030, 070 answered the request, these are probably the ones with the timer.

Miranda, we have a tense relationship with the owners, they have been selling for a month now, and no one has written anything about them, and she only showed interest in him freska, maybe she bought it in a personal message.
Miranda
Paul I, it's great that a local soufflake with two pins, I'm going to buy from us (just got ready, and already pre-ordered, out of stock)

in the video about kMіkh there is already a pin,

At 3 minutes 38 sec. the hook lies at the bottom right - there is a pin and a crosspiece on top, about which Ketsal asked.

But whether he came with a hook or screwed up from another attachment - I don't know.

Quote: Peter Push
the request was answered by 030, 070, these are probably the ones with the timer.

030 - small bowl with timer, otherwise zero-to-zero as 010 and 050
🔗

070 - the very first Cooking Chef, with a different flexi, a different blender, a different food processor, the rest does not differ from the 80th and 90th Cookings series.
🔗

And I couldn't find one with a timer and a large bowl.

And interestingly she cleans the bowl with foil. I just didn't understand, she doesn't wash her with water, but only with foil?

Miranda, I looked at ebeyah, the boss has not yet seen hooks to Titanum, I wanted to know their number, maybe they will be later.
Miranda
Peter Push, it's still too early.

New Titaniums (oh, they made a mess in the names) are just being sold, spare parts will be later, at least on the Amazons / ebeya there are always spare parts or just something from the complete set.

The fact that the most basic attachment is being modernized by mere mortals. This is about the hook on Miranda's links - it seems like it is not a native factory production.
Peter Push
Bijou, Now it is clear! With us Miranda there are spiral ones and we really want you to have it too, so we visit all sorts of sites, we find videos on YouTube.
