Lean oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

oat flakes 2 glasses
water 1.5 cups
honey 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.
sugar 1/3 cup
starch 0.5 cups
baking powder 2 tsp
chopped nuts 0.5 cups

Cooking method

  • Fry the oatmeal in a dry skillet until pleasant aroma.
  • If the honey is not runny, melt it and mix with the oatmeal.
  • Pour boiling water over the flakes, stir and leave to cool.
  • Stir in the rest of the food gradually. Finally, stir in the starch mixed with baking powder. You should not get a liquid sticky dough (like a thick oatmeal).
  • Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Spoon out the dough in small piles.
  • Bake preheated to 200-220 0From the oven until browning (about 15 minutes).

I got a thin dough, it’s not liquid, but when you put it on a baking sheet with a spoon, the liquid spreads, along the way I added more starch and flour. The kids got it.
