Salmon marinated in greens

Ingredients

salmon fillet 500-600g
dill 1 bundle
parsley 1 bundle
cilantro 1 bundle
lemon 1 PC.
olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Cooking method

  • Rinse greens, dry. Chop finely.
  • Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze 1 tbsp. l. juice.
  • Mix herbs with zest, lemon juice and two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Separate the fish from the skin, cut into strips 1.5 cm wide.
  • Thoroughly roll each piece of fish in the resulting marinade and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Fry the salmon in heated vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side.
