We coat the walls of our vessel with oil and a mixture of salt and your favorite spices (for example, black pepper, suneli hops, zira). We take a frying pan without a handle, cover it with parchment so that it does not burn, and put our future "chest" there. We place this composition in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes. At this time, cook the pearl barley porridge.
  • 1. I do not soak the cereal, because after this procedure it is boiled down into trash. And in this recipe, we need the grain to lag behind the grain.

  • 3. Pour some sunflower oil into a frying pan and throw in the washed cereal. We bring the grains to a pale cream color with a pleasant nutty smell.
