Ingredients

Pork loin 1 kg
Spices: oregano, coriander, salt, pepper.
Garlic 3 cloves.
Honey 1 tbsp. l
White wine 3 tbsp. l.
Mustard 1/2 tsp
French mustard dry. 1 tbsp. l
Lemon juice

Cooking method

  • Rinse the loin, dry it, rub with salt, pepper, spices, sprinkle with lemon juice, make a dressing - mix honey, wine, mustard, and chopped garlic. Coat the loin with the mixture and stick it with a fork to marinate it more juicy and faster, send it to the fridge for 1-2 hours. Bake in the oven at 200 gr. 45 minutes depending on which piece you bake)).
